We needed our truck towed back to our mechanic in Mesa after it broke down just north of Sunset…read morePoint. We are Triple A members so we requested service through them. They referred us to Tri City Towing. I called at 9AM to see how long it would be before the tow truck arrived. The dispatcher said 60-75 minutes. The driver never showed up. After 90 minutes I called back and was told the driver was 20 minutes away. Then the driver called and said he had to make another stop before he could pick up our truck. It is summer in Phoenix. We were lucky it was a little cooler and we had plenty to drink. If not we would have been in trouble from dehydration and probably needed to call 911. In addition there was almost no cell service where we were parked. We had to walk about 5 minutes to get service. We continued to wait. It took 3 plus hours for the tow truck to show up. Then he told us we would have to go back to Phoenix through Buckeye because he had to drop off another car. At this point it was not like we could say no. The air conditioning in the tow truck was barely working. The driver said the company employed 32 people and 2 mechanics. Clearly they need to hire one that knows how to work on air conditioners. We were getting very dehydrated from waiting so long to be picked up and the AC not working. The conversation with the driver was laden with the F word which we did not want to hear. When we were driving on the city streets he was following way too close to the cars in front of him. The last straw was the driver almost ran a red light right before our destination because he was too busy talking and not paying attention to driving. It took us over 8 hours from the time we called for the tow to arrive at our destination in Mesa. Unfortunately this tow company has the contract with AAA from Black Canyon City north past Flagstaff and over to Prescott. If you are an AAA member and they try to assign you to Tri City Towing do not use them. Tri City will lie to you about how long it will take for them to arrive. They will not tell you how many hours it will be before you are dropped off at your location. They will add other cars to the trip because they are more concerned about making money than customer satisfaction or comfort.

They put on my spare,…read more but tightened the lug nuts so tight (my neighbor observed it) that the tire place couldn't get one off, and it broke the stud from their efforts, Cost me a $150 for them to replace it. I filed a claim with Tri City but they never responded to me, I called the office several times about the claim and a few months have passed, and crickets. Very disappointed in their customer service and not even having the courtesy to respond.

By the way, I noticed some other views were not so positive, but I think it's always a good idea to look at dates - they are over six years old, and from my experience, things have definitely changed! Full Speed Motorcycles actually picked up the phone, listened to what I needed, and got me in that same afternoon. They got right on it and diagnosed my bike, and didn't waste any of my time. They even noticed my clutch needed adjustment and dialed that in for me. I was back on the road with what felt like a new bike and the clutch adjustment is amazing. I've dealt with shops all over the country during my military years, and the customer service and workmanship at Full Speed Motorcycles is some of the best I've experienced. Literally two (2) minutes after I placed the request in…read morethe AAA app I received a call from Jared advising he was less than 25 minutes out and on his way. Indeed, Jared arrived in about 20 minutes. Checked my battery that was, ahem, 8.5 years old (OK no jokes please!) so yep it was toast alright. Jared advised in detail what was going to be replaced, why the new battery had different codes and details (my old battery was replaced with a newer model type for a 2006 vehicle) etc. Jared had it replaced in a jiffy and the old gal (car that is) fired right up!
