I do not expect much in the way of customer service with a bunch of high school/college kids and supermarket lifers. What is really annoying about this place is that they keep moving things around. Under new ownership for the past several years things are great. Relaxed, inviting atmosphere (indoor and outdoor seating), friendly staff, and yummy consistently good food. There is no table service in the cafe, you order at the counter and they call your name when your order is ready. They do deliver your food to your table if you sit outside. Sitting indoors or out, you are expected to bus your table when you leave. Who doesn't love any time of the day breakfast menu?! My go to is an omlet (ham & swiss or spinach & feta) with a croissant and either salad or potatoes. Excellent soups, quiche of the day, burgers, and a really solid corned beef reuben sandwich. Save room for dessert and coffee (trust me), if you have a sweet tooth the bakery items are divine.
