I live in Plantation, and have used Carvalhos Cleaning for close to a year and a half. This company is wonderful to work with. Daniela comes weekly, does a beautiful job and treats our home (and our pets) with loving care. Adriane, the owner, has terrific employees and is an ultimate professional. I recommend this company very highly. read more

This cleaning service is amazing. They're very professional and courteous. What really made me choose Carvalhos cleaning is that They make it very affordable. In the past I have had to notify my other cleaning services of the appointments coming up and they would cancel at the last minute, but with Carvalhos cleaning they remind me to make my life easier. Every single place and corner in my room looks amazing after the cleaning specialist Has completed the task. As a matter of fact, I keep getting ideas from the cleaning specialist on how to keep my restroom in order based on the placement of all the toiletries After she's done cleaning. The management is also very professional, they notify me of any upcoming changes, and they always reschedule to a convenient time if needed. One of the things that I truly appreciate about Carvalhos cleaning Is that there are no hidden fees. The amount that you're quoted is exactly what they honor. I have now started subscribing to this cleaning service on a monthly basis. read more

You can work with them in total confidence. They are real pros, always on time who deliver a perfect job. We work together for short term rentals and I will give them more properties to handle. read more

They responded promptly to my request for a quote, and came out the same day to offer a quote. The quote was very reasonable. The window washer came the next day, was on time, and did a great job. He checked with me that I was satisfied before he left. Payment was easy via Zelle. Overall this was a great experience! Would recommend to anyone. read more

I had my 2 bedroom, 2 bath cleaned today after reaching out to them on short notice as I returned to a messy place after traveling the past few weeks and leaving my fiancé with a puppy! The women that came were super sweet and were fine with my 5 month old puppy in the crate as they cleaned. I left them and ran some errands. When I returned I could smell how clean it was from outside my door! I walked into my place and it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend booking with this company! read more

Carvalho's cleaning Did an amazing job on my house. They showed up in wearing a mask to ensure the safety of my family. Overall we every more than satisfied with the deep cleaning they preformed. We will definitely use them again! read more

I am very happy with Adriane Carvalho's cleaning service. She employs very courteous and professional staffing. The cleaners take their time and pay attention to detail. Anything I requested was taken care of and handled proficiently with a smile. That is difficult to find today. Also, Ms. Adriane follows up with her clients to make sure you are satisfied. You will not be disappointed if you choose her service. read more

I have used Carvalhos for weekly cleanings for almost a year and have been so pleased with their service. A+ SERVICE! Trusted company. They were on time and very friendly and helpful! This is a great cleaning company, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service, reliable and great decent prices! Thank you Adriane and TEAM! read more

We found this group through the good reviews that they have earned. They responded promptly and sent a crew quickly- the team worked really hard and I'd be very happy to have them back. We then scheduled to have all the windows cleaned- and again had a great experience. Each time they showed up right on time and communication was excellent. I like paying the invoice online instead of cash or check. Highly recommended! read more

I didn't get to hire them for other reasons, but provided great customer service and were timely with their responses to my questions and concerns. Even after explaining I did not need their services at the time, they were very polite and they deserve this review! They seem very professional. read more

I'm so happy to have found Carvalho's Cleaning. They were polite, friendly and did fantastic work. My place is spotless. The ladies wore masks and did a deep cleaning. Will be using them again! read more

I needed my apartment cleaned after moving out & after messaging several places I chose Carvalho's Cleaning because they were also able to clean the carpet. They were able to book me when I needed, showed up on time, had fair prices, and did a great job overall. Would highly recommend! read more

From start to finish, what a great experience! I requested a deep cleaning for my elderly parents home. Communication throughout the process was great. The two ladies made the house sparkle and shine. The carpet cleaning we also requested was done and the results were exactly what we wanted. After the work was complete, I received a bill, which I was able to pay online and include a tip for the ladies who worked so hard. I would highly recommend this company. read more

My roommates and I were looking to get the house cleaned so I did some research and we decided to go with Carvalho's. They were very efficient in responding and super organized with the process. I thought a team of people was coming but it was just one person. Her name is Luciana. She was the sweetest person and she did an amazing job. The floors are spotless, the fridge is clean and she set it up with paper towels so that it will remain clean for some time to come. She also scrubbed the oven very well and lined the bottom of it with foil for us. The whole job was great and she was very independent in doing it. I loved the experience and we will definitely be doing more business with them in the future read more

We have used this company for years. They are wonderful people and very professional. They arrive on time, provides reminders and are flexible with their schedule. In addition they do a wonderful job cleaning. I would highly recommend Carvalho Cleaning! read more

So unprofessional. I called and never got a confirmed appointment. Then out of the blue they texted me a time after (days later) I found a reliable company to come into my home. I called them after seeing the 5 star? read more

We have had a few different people come out to our home to clean, all of whom did a good job, but Natalia has been with us now for a few months and she is by far the best we have had with any company we have used. Extremely thorough and is so consistent each time with making sure the job is done well. Highly recommend they're incredible! -Nick Diamantides read more

Very nice and responsive. The cleaners they sent were very nice, but the clean was just ok and expensive for the job. But I wouldn't necessarily not recommend them. They just weren't for me. read more

I was excited to schedule a deep cleaning with Carvalho and was able to do so. Not only did the team show up late (because they had to stay later at someone else's home) but they told me they couldn't deep clean and could only standard clean that day. No problem. I was told standard clean was $90 and felt comfortable with that. They did a decent clean but I was charged $165 as if it were a deep clean. I called to ask to modify the invoice and was given another for $130 because it was the first standard clean!! A complete scam. I would have happily paid the $165 for the deep clean like we had scheduled. They couldn't deliver and I was stuck paying an extra $40 for a standard clean. I definitely would not recommend this company. Dishonest and definitely not customer oriented. read more

Gave this business a try based on other reviews and they lived up to the billing. Ladies very nice but professional- got right yo business and did a great job. Very satisfied and highly recommend read more

We have been with Carvalhos Cleaning for 6 months now. There are no surprises when it comes to scheduling the clean or who is going to come clean our place. It's always been consistent and great communication throughout which I really appreciate. Thank you for being your best! I do wish our cleaner knew more English but we have been managing it and we really like her. Thank you for making our cleaning services so effortless and worry-free! We are so grateful for you! read more

We have been looking for a cleaning company for a while now. We were looking for someone that is priced accordingly and did a great job. My husband always tells me that my expectations are too high and no one will be able to accommodate me. Until we found Carvalho's and their employee, Natalia. She showed up at our scheduled appointment time, she walked into my house liked she'd been there a dozen times!! Two and half hours later my home was clean and smelling great! I can't wait to schedule our next cleaning. read more

I contacted this service with very short notice requesting a post-kitchen construction clean on a specific day. Adriane was an absolute pleasure to work with- flexible, responsive and accommodating. The woman who cleaned for us did a fantastic job- so thorough and detail oriented. Just a great job for a fair price. Will continue to use Carvalhos for my regular cleaning needs- highly recommend!! read more

I was very happy with the cleaning, and satisfied with the price. However, after damage to my dresser, everything changed! The owners came to see the damage. No one could figure out how it happened. The cleaning girl denied she did it. I did not press the issue, and did not seek any compensation. I understand accidents happen, and I was very calm and polite to the owners and the cleaning girl. We continued to use the cleaning service, even though I did not even receive an apology! And then I suddenly got an email saying we can no longer service you, "your schedule is too complicated"!!!! What is complicated about every other week, and an occasional guest room cleaning? I am very flexible, yet it was obvious they did not want my account. I guess guilt set in! They left me hanging without anyone to clean. Don't use this cleaning service! read more

Extremely friendly and very thorough, we are very happy with the great job Carvalhos did with our house. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for home cleaning services. read more

We contacted Carvalho for a quote. Two days in a row they gave us appointments and both days they were no shows. On the day of the first appt, the office communicated with me 6 minutes before they were supposed to be there to ask if we could move the spot to 3 hours later. My Property manager was going to be dealing with them so I gave them his cell number. Not even the courtesy of a phone call!! They kept him there all afternoon for 2 days. IMO this is poor business practice means I would not recommend hiring them. If they cannot handle managing appointments, I would not trust them to commit to dates for work either. Can't speak about their actual work, but I cannot work with a company that does not honour their word. read more

I am extremely picky with my house cleaning and have had a very hard time finding a cleaning service that I'm happy with - until now. Carvalhos Cleaning did an amazing job in my home. Not only were they professional and courteous, which is always nice, they really cleaned. Most cleaning crews spend their time chatting and surface wiping. NOT Carvalhos. The ladies worked hard every second they spent at my home. They were very thorough, even removing an area rug to clean the tile floor underneath. They were organized, efficient and very detailed! I'm thrilled to have finally found a cleaning crew that really cleans! They are amazing! read more

We had a great experience with Carvalho's Cleaning. We were from out of town and needed a cleaner on short notice. They came in a few hours and did a great job. The price was reasonable. read more

I was in contact with Adriane from the beginning. She answered almost instantly every time I had a question. The services I requested were exterior window cleaning, carpet shampoo/deep clean and overall deep clean of the house. Amanda came to do the overall deep clean and left everything sparkling and in the same spot. My carpet looks new and my windows /sliding doors look great. Highly recommend as they are on time, professional and do a nice job! read more

The girls were extremely thorough! My townhouse looks great :-) The owner of Adriane was a pleasure and confirmed the cleaning the day before via text. I've had some bad experiences with other companies not showing up. I've used Carvalho's a few times now and there's never been an issue. Always prompt and super efficient. Will definitely use for future cleanings. read more

Needed a move-out cleaning and they did a great job. Good communication and fair price. Thanks!

I had the most amazing service from Carvalhos cleaning ! Soraya and her team were right on time ! And took their time with our apartment ! Cleaned out our fridge and it looks brand new ! Our unit was handed to us in such a terrible way by the complex and after they finished cleaning i couldn't tell at all! It looks amazing in here my bed was made up to perfection i truly have no complaints ! And i can't forget to mention The prices are amazing ! I cannot wait to continue using their services long term! read more

I have been through many cleaning people and services over the years, and I was often left frustrated and disappointed, until I found Carvalho's. I have used their services for the past 4 winters while snowbirding in Fort Lauderdale. The company is run by a couple who started by doing the cleaning themselves, and their work was AWESOME! When they started their service, I was concerned that their people would not clean as well. Quite the contrary, their dedication to excellence in cleaning and customer service has continued through their thorough training of their employees. I recommend this company to anyone who is as OCD as I am. :-) read more

We have used Carvalho's Cleaning every other week for approximately 3 years. Adriane and Marcello always come on our scheduled day, text us a reminder the day before and are friendly & personable. They work very hard and always leave our home clean and smelling great. Our home has never looked better and we greatly appreciate their efforts. This a quality company that takes pride in their work. We highly recommend them!!! read more

I have used home cleaning services in the past and usually end up disappointed with the quality of work done. Because of this I don't set the bar too high so I don't feel the disappointment. Carvalho's Cleaning cleaned my house today and will continue to clean on a weekly basis. I must say that they by far exceeded my expectations. They did a great job and left the house smelling clean. Great company with a great team of workers. I highly recommend this company. read more

Nuema was wonderful. She didn't speak any English though so I used the translation app on my phone so that we could communicate. I was told that she would have all the supplies that she needed but she really didn't. My house was very dirty because I've been ill and couldn't clean it so she was very caring about that. I would highly recommend if you have your own cleaning products. read more
