The buffet line was full of options and everything was constantly refilled making it super fresh. Meats were also well-cooked and well-seasoned. One critique would be that they don't come around with meats as frequently, making it hard to get what you want. But other than that, services were amazing. The available dips or garnishes like the chimichurri adds new taste profiles and offers even more meat and sauce combinations. I also particularly enjoyed the available sides - lasagna, mac and cheese, braised beef ribs cassava puree, etc. Grilled shrimp is served for some seafood variety, as well as grilled pineapple to wash away the palate opening up for more meat consumption. It would be best to arrive very early so as to get more frequent servings of the grilled meats when there are not yet too many tables around for the servers to rotate. We arrived at 6PM and for about the first half hour we were getting a good rate of table visits. It was very disappointing at around the 7PM mark when the place started filling in. I was finding myself always waiting to be attended to and seeing the servers skipping our table entirely. I had to call it out to the lady servers for our table to be visited and offered more food. Another thing is the performers. I am unsure about the daily schedule exactly, but my experience was that the 2 dancers came in around 7:15 and danced for about 5 to 10 mins. Not all of the tables at the patio area would have a good view of the dancers. The dancers would change to different dance spots around the restaurant and there would be certain perfect locations with a good view of the performance. Overall, I would say the whole experience was OK to good. It is too expensive for what it is. The All You Can Eat promise is only more applicable during the early part or during slow times where there is not much diners in. It becomes frustrating later on. I also expected more from the performers, either a longer number or multiple occasions of short performances. Lastly, during our dining time we experienced a few flies present and landing on our food.

So delicious- I love the fat from picanha and I was so happy that it was cooked to perfection. The beans and farofa felt like home. Really tasty. The meh- they didn't have any vinaigrette which is like a salsa- it's not difficult to make so it was like whaaaaaat. Attention to details please. The açai juice was nice but... also very basic. In short, come for the beef. No details, basic, but you'll leave happy, if you care about the main event. I've tried most Brazilian restaurants in toronto and I have to say that the meat from here is my fav.

Its location is the former site of another Brazilian restaurant (Sabor Brasil). They kept much of the exterior signage, interior, and most of the menu items the same / very similar to the restaurant that previously occupied the space. We came here specifically to try the Moqueca De Peixe Com Camarão & Arroz E Pirão (grouper fish & shrimps stew with tomatoes, green peppers, onions, cilantro, and coconut milk), and it did not disappoint! The stew was so flavourful and they gave a lot of grouper fish and big shrimps in the pot. I really liked the tomatoes and cilantro in the stew. It came bubbling hot, with Brazilian fish gravy served in a smaller pot beside it. It was served with garlic-infused rice that was just as flavourful. Tip: Order farofa (toasted cassava flour) alongside any stew dish, then mix it with the stew. The textures complement each other very well. The Grilled Salmon was also really good. It was flavourful and I could see and taste the charred grill mark. It came served with rice (also infused with garlic) and choice of side. I chose a side of vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrot, green beans) and they were excellent! In addition to the main dishes, we ordered a large House Salad (nice, simple, and refreshing), Brazilian Tomato Slaw (for extra veggies - also refreshing), and Farofa (a must-get every time I go to a Brazilian restaurant). Everything we tried was delicious x100. Food came out in a decent amount of time, and service was nice and friendly. The ambience was very casual with Portuguese music playing in the background. I definitely recommend this place if you want to try authentic Brazilian dishes in a casual setting!

Pork Ribs - I'm a sucker for ribs and these were great! Tender and fall off the bone with a great BBQ sauce. Grilled Pineapple - Excellent, I can eat these all night. Buffet - Dinner starts here. Load up on veggies to balance out all the meat you will be eating. Skip the carbs where possible here to save your stomach. Try some of the meats here in the form of a stew. It's pretty good. [Mid] Picanha - Maybe I got a bad slice but it was a bit tough. Pork Sausage, Spicy Chicken, Shrimp - Pretty standard. Skippable if you want to focus on eating for value. Tri Tip - Was alright, close to good. [Worth it?] Felt kinda pricey but it's essentially unlimited steak so I guess it's worth it. Definitely celebration level dinner only. They suspiciously add cheese to random things including embedding it within a steak! I skipped the cheese stuffed steak and the Parmesan steak as I didn't want to feel full too fast. Overall the food was really good and nothing really to complain about. Service was friendly and interior was nice with really high ceilings.

Touro is a Brazilian Steakhouse where the waiters walk around with a selection of meats (and…read moresometimes shrimp) for you to select from. It's all you can eat. There are 2 locations north of Toronto, north essentially the same. It a large open space with tables far enough apart that you don't feel like you're sitting right next to strangers. There are a few appetizers like the cheese bread and some grilled vegetables. These are bland and have no real flavour. Their corn bread, however, is fantastic. The meat variety is good. Of course, they have picanha (a Brazilian cut of meat), Parmesan sirloin steak, sausage, chicken, grilled pineapple, shrimp, and others. They have beans and rice too. The staff walk around constantly and offer food. They're friendly and are happy to give you an extra piece of meat if that's the one you really like. These reason for 4 stars is that its nearly impossible to get meat that's prepared medium or well done. Not all my family likes rare/medium rare, and while it's possible to request well done, it takes 15-20 minutes to get 2 little pieces of meat by which time you're ready for more and have to wait another 15-20 minutes. This, while all the others are busily eating.

Food the appetizer fried cheese ball squares with the spicy pineapple chutney was amazing. The fried chicken ball nothing special. Ordered the skewer meat and sausage with peppers came with beans and vinegarette and some cornmeal like carb rice and fries came way before the meat spit. Server also dropped out peppers and onion from the spit to the table and said he would replace it but never did. Also Had to ask the server what to do with it as with most of the meal had to ask how to eat it. The hot sauce on the table was good however not coming out of the bottle had to be switched. I asked the server for water for the table and was never given and my cup of water was not refilled and having to ask. Service was not so good though server was new said everything was good so I'm skeptical. The pork mash and veggies entre was good not out of this world but good. Filling yes worth the price debatable. Question remains would I come back? I could probably go to a Brazilian steakhouse to get more meat for dollar value. The only thing I would come back for is the fried cheese squares. To each their own.

Firstly, parking: It's all free, but the lot adjacent to the restaurant has 20 spaces for a business that seats 200 people. Arriving cars are to wait at the curb outside for the white shuttle to arrive, then follow this to a free parking place two blocks away. Reverse the process to leave. It's difficult to enter and exit a high van in a tight skirt and high heels. Just saying. We arrived just in time to see the 8pm floor show, but the music was so loud I was praying for it to end. To order from the menu for AYCE side dishes, you have to have a phone that can scan the QR code: No printed menu was forthcoming, and the print on my cell phone was too small for my husband to read. The music was so loud it made conversation impossible, so I made the choices. The kitchen had already run out of mashed potatoes, and green chimichurri sauce by 8pm, and they seat until 11pm on Saturdays. I was not impressed. There's a chaotic way the servers with the meats circulated. Some tables were served steak three times while we were never served. It's a $90 per person meal where drinks and desserts are extra, our table wobbled horribly, and we couldn't speak to each other. It was the opposite of hospitality. How loud was the music? I'm writing this the next morning and my ears are still ringing. There are many other steakhouses on this side of town: Brasa, Ruth Chris, STK. Next time, I'll try one of them.
