I took my cart in a few weeks ago with a blown 24hp Honda engine. Not knowing what to expect Corey walked me through all my options. I ended up having to put a Predator engine in due to Honda being back ordered for several months. Corey allowed me to purchase the engine on my own so I could add the extended warranty through the manufacturer! Corey kept me updated every step of the way as they began to run into problems with switching engines. Robert, the mechanic was able to customize the engine mounting bracket, clutch and a few other items to make the predator engine fit! The cart now runs great and I am confident in the work they have done. I will definitely be going back for any future work that I need done to my cart! read more

Great deals on golf carts and fast and better repairs then any other golf cart repair in the valley

This place is run by lazy con artists. They didn't do anything I brought my cart in for to be fixed... in fact all they wanted to do is talk me out of the work needing to be done. If you couldn't do the work, or didn't want to... just say so. I needed my rear diff case seal done, replace rear brakes, replace broken gas tank mount bolt, and just order me new shocks (not replace them). In the end they charged me $277.66 to top off my rear diff gear lube (about $8 retail), replace my rear drain plug with an old rusty one and replace my rear shock bushings (about $16 retail) (which I never asked them to do, and one is now leaking when it wasn't before). After I called and explained to the office manager that I was not happy about the cost for what they "decided" to do, he cussed me out and told me if I was so smart... I should have fucking done it my self! Duh, a chimpanzee could have done what they did. I went in calm, and paid the ridiculous price just to get my cart back in one piece. One day someone is not going to be as calm as me, and Karma will come back to them. I do not recommend this place at all. I would have them shut down if I could! read more

I took my golf cart here to get a tune up and oil change. When I got my golf cart back it was smoking like crazy and leaking black oil all over. They told me the smoke was because some oil leaked when they were changing the oil. I took the golf cart back to have it looked at again because of the smoking coming out of the back of it and they told me my engine was blown. My golf cart was running just fine before I took it here and now after changing the oil allegedly, it leaks tons of black oil all over my garage. The smoke coming out of the back is horrible. I recently purchased a 2003 Club Car golf cart from a neighbor. The brakes squealed and the cart sagged on the left. It pulled left as well. I expected to have to replace the brakes, as well as some significant suspension work. Sal at Cartz Partz sent someone to pick up the cart and quickly sorted it out. They replaced the left rear leaf spring, cleaned and adjusted the brakes, gave it an overall service and delivered it back to me the following day. All for a very reasonable price. This was a horrible experience we brought our golf cart into Cartz Partz months ago. They had difficulty finding the issue why it wasn't running we purchased new batteries, and wrote a check for over $1600 we now have a broken golf cart back and Sal only refunded $600 Nothing was done it was not fixed we should not have to pay $1000 to get a broken golf cart back 4 months later I would not do business with these people ever again and recommend no one else does either read more

When a company provides exceptional service and always strives to "go the extra mile" for their customers, I feel the word must be spread and other people should know, hence this review: CARTZ PARTZ has been providing my elderly 94 year old father with golf carts at very reasonable prices for almost 20 years (he's gone through 3), and replacement batteries when needed at competitive prices. If you need a used cart or service, this is THE place to go in Phoenix. Yesterday, my father had an issue with his cart which suddenly stopped for no reason. He called them and in 20 minutes their guy came to see what the problem was. After taking the cart apart and realizing that 2 wires had fused together creating a short, he replaced the wires and fixed the cart (much to the relief of my dad) in about 15 minutes. When the technician called the office to ask how much he should charge for fixing the cart, they said it was on them, no charge. In this day and age, and in our current MESS of an economy, when a company takes care of its customers in such a consistently respectful and HONEST fashion, they should be applauded and commended for doing the right thing. I only wish more businesses were like this, our country would be a better place for it. read more

This morning one of their trucks passed me on the road honking their horn and waiving their hands. I was already driving 5 miles over the speed limit so I wasn't holding up traffic. The owner immediately said "come on down and I will see what I can do". Besides giving me the pages from the service manual and some suggestions on parts, his advice was great! These guys have done a great job for us. They replaced all the batteries in my EZ-Go RXV and when the batteries would not charge after some time, my fault for not using or charging the cart, they were able to swing by pick up the cart, charge it, test the charger and batteries and delivered it back to me like new.
