I need to take the time and review Cartz Partz on cave creek because they rock! They have helped me several times with my 87' EZ-GO aka my mini jeep. Christin is amazing and always willing to answer anything she's able by phone and is reliable with getting back to you on anything she can't answer right on the spot. Their tow guy was awesome, personable and professional as well! There has never been an instance in which they have not had stellar communication and customer service so I feel they should be recognized for that! It's extremely hard to come by these days! Thank you for always taking care of my baby! Aka my mini jeep!

This place is run by lazy con artists. They didn't do anything I brought my cart in for to be fixed... in fact all they wanted to do is talk me out of the work needing to be done. If you couldn't do the work, or didn't want to... just say so. I needed my rear diff case seal done, replace rear brakes, replace broken gas tank mount bolt, and just order me new shocks (not replace them). In the end they charged me $277.66 to top off my rear diff gear lube (about $8 retail), replace my rear drain plug with an old rusty one and replace my rear shock bushings (about $16 retail) (which I never asked them to do, and one is now leaking when it wasn't before). After I called and explained to the office manager that I was not happy about the cost for what they "decided" to do, he cussed me out and told me if I was so smart... I should have fucking done it my self! Duh, a chimpanzee could have done what they did. I went in calm, and paid the ridiculous price just to get my cart back in one piece. One day someone is not going to be as calm as me, and Karma will come back to them. I do not recommend this place at all. I would have them shut down if I could!

I purchased a Dach Apollo from Botero in December of 2025. The cart was delivered on Dec 24, 2025…read morewith a seat that damaged during the delivery process. I immediately notified Botero and sent them pictures. They even had a service tech come to my house to deliver the charging cable for the cart (which they neglected to include when the cart when delivered) and he took pictures. I was told by Paulie in the Botero office that he was aware of the damage and could offer me a cash discount or a new seat. I opted for the new seat. In February I called to get an update on the seat replacement and Paulie asked me to send him pictures...again (I resent the same pictures I sent in December). He finally called me back to tell me the seat was ordered from the manufacturer (I'm guessing he forgot about me until I called). In the earlier part of March Paulie called to tell me the seat had arrived and was in their possession. It is now late March and I cannot get Paulie to respond to my texts to give me a date for when the seat can be replaced. I purchased an extended warranty through Botero and this gives me pause as to what type of service I would receive if something major happened to my cart. Hopefully I don't have to find out. Based on my experience would I buy from Botero again? I'm not sure, but i would certainly do more research as to what other companies were available.
