They came and picked it up in September 2020 and told us it would take 2-3 weeks to fix. We were getting a completely new engine and it repainted. We were told it would be like a brand new golf cart. The 3 week mark went by, and we heard nothing, so we called to see wthe update was. We were told that because of Covid, getting parts in was probing to be difficult. We understood and asked to be updated every few weeks. Nothing for over a month. We called again and were told it wouldn't be long. Another month goes by, nothing. Finally, my husband would call every week for an update. He'd leave a message, and no one would call him back. We just wanted updates, that's all, but the lady who answers the phone would just tell us to keep being patient. The communication was terrible!! Finally in February, almost 6 months laters, we got our cart back. Excited to use it again, we drive it around and stop at a friends house. We get into the cart.......nothing. No engine running, NOTHING. Talk about ridiculous! We were told that it would run like new since everything was fixed and redone. Heck! We'd waited 6 months!! Called Mario. No answer. Left a message. Called the next morning and were told "yes, we got your message this morning." So you got our message but didn't call us right away?? Terrible customer service. Mario came out and looked at it, fixed and issue that should have been fixed the first time, and was on his way. Great! We have a working cart again......or do we?? It was driving fine until 2 days ago when, AGAIN, we were stranded miles from our home because our golf cart won't work. Had to have it towed back to our house. So......after spending thousands to have our cart completely redone, it's not working. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Terrible customer service and after-sale support!…read more I bought a set of new batteries and an automatic battery water-filling system from this business a few months ago. Spent about $1,400 in total. The lady set up a date and time for installation and when the time came, no one showed up. No call. No text. Nothing to let me know if they were still coming or if they weren't coming at all! I called the office to reschedule and, as usual, no one answered the phone so I had to leave a voicemail. Eventually, the same lady called me back and we re-scheduled the appointment. She didn't apologize, but rather told me that they did come to my house - 3 hours after the scheduled time! Eventually, the techs that came out to do the installation, which was fine. They were courteous and completed the job quickly. With the batteries installed and the watering system hooked up, I thought I was set for a low-maintenance experience. I was wrong. The day after setting it all up, I went out to the garage to find that battery water had leaked onto my garage floor under the golf cart. A lot of water. I opened up the compartment and found water all over the top of my batteries, which had leaked from the hose connections in the watering system. The acid-ladened water had proceeded to corrode about 3 square feet of my nice epoxy painted garage floor. Hey, problems happen, so I wasn't too upset about it all. The problem came when I attempted to call their office for some customer support. As is typical for this business, no one answered the phone so I, once again, was forced to leave a message. In fact I left four messages over a period of 3 weeks, because THEY WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALLS!!! Not a single one. I was only able to talk to someone when, amazingly, the lady happened to answer the phone on my 5th try. She seemed offended that I would call to tell her I had a problem. We set up another appointment. Andrew came out and replaced some of the hose connections and did an annual checkup on the cart that I had previously paid for through the lady. Well, of course, the batteries leaked acid water onto my garage floor, again! Good thing I got Andrew's mobile number from him during his visit. Or so I thought! I have texted him 3 times now with NO RESPONSE! This company's customers service is nonexistent. I would never recommend them to anyone! Tim S. Rio Verde, AZ

Both are experts at their jobs. A long time customer, the team at Sun Lakes are the only ones I trust to not only service my 2022 RXV Elite Freedom, but to upgrade it was accessories. This last week, after an oops which created a 2-3 inch crack in my body at the rear wheel well. I had them replace the entire rear body. And while I was at it, a 4" lift kit for the suspension, installation of a 2" hitch. And to top it off, I had them replace the analog "State of Charge Meter" with E-Z-Go's new "IntelliGuage." By the end of the second day, I had my cart back looking brand new in every way. Previously I have had a privacy key ignition installed for security. So when you speak with Steve, or anyone else at the service desk or parts department, don't be afraid to inquire how you can personalize your cart with E-Z-Go and 3rd party after market parts and accessories. And be sure to say hi to the lonely parts guy behind the side door. They are helpful too in finding you. parts and accessories for your cart.

We used Yelp to find this place, along with two other golf cart sales stores. The first two we…read morefound easily and they were near each other. This one we drove out of our way to check out. We called first and received a recording so thought they were busy. The hours said "Open until 5:00 PM" so we used "Get Directions" to drive over. After parking, we walked around for 15 minutes trying to find the suite. We finally found the right building (D) and went to the 3rd floor (for Suite 300) but it was not this business. A random woman told us the business was "by appointment only," although it says that nowhere on the Yelp page. This was a wild goose chase I would like to save others from embarking upon!

I explained multiple times over email what I needed from them and after 5 days was told I would receive an invoice to place a reservation on the 2 six seater carts I have been asking about. I never received the invoice nor even an email back. After three more days I emailed Francesca again asking why I never received the invoice or an email. She replied back asking what I was looking for, like we haven't been emailing for 8 days now, and then told me carts are first come first serve?? Then proceeded to re-explain and change rules/days of reservation even though we had already talked about everything and things weren't explained prior to this and then added on extra fees for delivery and pick-up? Even though this wasn't explained prior to me receiving an "invoice". Even after the ridiculous fees and rule/day changes, I re-explained, now the 5th time what I need to Francesca and asked about the additional charge we never discussed. The email I received after that was not an explanation, but them now telling me they no longer have inventory and will keep me updated. If Francesca would have sent me the invoice on January 9th, like she explained she would, the carts availability wouldn't have ran out. If someone would have gotten back to me when I first inquired on January 6th, the availability wouldn't have ran out. Do not waste your time with a company that doesn't take their customers seriously and is extremely unprofessional.
