It cost me $25 for two ink cartridges (one color, one B&W), I ordered the same day and got it the same day. Outstanding customer service and Michael Webb really makes you feel like your dollar matters. Process: I filled out the form to request cartridges, and received a follow-up email from Michael Webb that my order was received. I made a mistake on my order and via email requested a change, and Mr. Webb got to it right away. I got an invoice emailed to me as well for my own records. Even more impressive -- because of COVID-19, I've had a lot of trouble leaving my house as I'm working for doctors. Michael went above and beyond to make sure I got my cartridges and called me to let me know when it was dropped off. The ink was delivered to me in a nice bag with my name paper clipped to the bag. It may be easy to run to Staples or to Office Max for ink, but not only are you going to be up-charged, the customer service element isn't there. It was perhaps even easier and more direct to order from Cartridge World because I didn't have to drive to a store, sort through ink on a shelf, and question whether or not I remembered the right model to purchase. It feels good to support a small business but more importantly I felt extremely taken care of and it's just printer ink! Not to mention, if I went to Staples, it would have cost me closer to $50 to get one color and one black and white ink cartridges. It cost me $25.00 to get it at cartridge world. Ordered it the same day it was delivered. You can tell Michael wants to be your source for ink and is interested in building a genuine relationship with his customers, where they will continue to reach out to him for business because of the way he took care of a last-minute printer need like this. This is the element of business I miss in this era. Concluding Thoughts: Save your money! Go to Cartridge World and get treated like your dollar matters. I do not regret it, and will be buying from Michael Webb moving forward.

The main studio is bright, airy and there is ample space to work on the electric wheel and for handbuilding. Dallas, Taylor and Sara are open to questions and very supportive in everyone's work. I've been working on my own while other classes have been taking place and the level of instruction matches and exceeds that of an academic setting. When you are surrounded by potters who excel in their art, it encourages you to strive for improvement. The visiting potters that hold classes are amazing. I learn so much from the classes and interacting with those who create amazing works of art. Working on the pottery wheel is a meditative experience for me. In order to center clay you need to center your own feelings and block out the world. Since I've joined as a member my mind is calmer and I have created interesting mugs, bowls and vases. As a (formerly) longtime customer who went to this store in the middle of the pandemic, in spite of the Covid-19 health risks, I don't appreciate inconsiderate and disrespectful sales people. Don't be fooled, their entire business model is built off of deception. They got me in the door during a big move where I downsized. Filled a 10x10 to the brim and on my third month was told that "due to low supply of 10x10 units the price was going from $67 to $136 due to market demand." I kindly asked if it was normal to have 203% increase on the rate and was told to refer to page 15 of the contract I signed in which they can change the rate at any time. Asked for them to email me a copy for review and found that verb-age nowhere to be found. During my next trip to my unit I asked a few other customers I ran into and heard the same thing.. one guy told me very angrily that he'd been a customer for almost 10 years and they do that every 3-6 months with the same excuse. Would not recommend unless you're prepared to be bamboozled right when you're comfortable with your decision.
