If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I also needed help with sourcing envelopes and since the invites he created were custom sized, he guided me on an easy Amazon option. While the website can be a bit confusing to navigate, knowing what I know now, I recommend giving Angelo a call or coming into the office. Sometimes, doing things in person is much more efficient than doing things online.

While trying to understand how to make it work with the available printer, I asked a few questions--mainly about layout and how many cards could fit per sheet of paper. The approach I originally had in mind wasn't compatible with their setup, so I was simply trying to brainstorm a workable alternative. To my surprise, Jesse at the front counter told me I was being rude. I'm genuinely unsure how it came across that way, as I remained calm throughout, didn't raise my voice, and wasn't upset--just asking a lot of questions, attempting to find a solution.
