Not only did Krista accommodate the order on such short notice, she personally handwrote my note and had everything ready for pickup right when the shop opened the next morning. The cupcakes looked absolutely delicious, and more importantly, the ICU staff genuinely appreciated the gesture. It meant so much to be able to support my friend and her family from afar, and Krista made that possible with such care and thoughtfulness. During a very difficult time, she provided a small but meaningful way to say thank you to the people providing essential care. That kind of service is rare.
