First Vineyard Vines store whether it is retail or outlet where the employees have an "I'm better…read morethan your mentality." Is it because of the location because honestly I have been in stores in much more populous and ritzy areas where the employees would bend over backwards to help. Took the $300+ worth of items and left them on a table and walked out. First time I have EVER been into a VV store and not purchased at least one item. In addition, retail items can't be returned to an outlet store as I was informed of that with an attitude as well.

I was browsing as my sister was bringing things for consignment and wish I knew about this place prior to some of the purchases I made for her kids. Great prices, brands and variety -I was so pleasantly surprised because it's not a "huge" store. The place is very organized and tidy, makes it easy to to browse or simply run in and find the exact size you might be looking for. With kids changing so quickly in sizes and interests, this is a perfect and practical place to shop. I highly recommend checking them out. I found the new location a positive for shoppers. The con of the relocation is that it is a much smaller space. Due to the smaller space selection and options in sizing has decreased greatly. The store is also now shared with Carters. Carters in the past had its own storefront. I was more disappointed with the greatly reduced selection from the past. It is still worth a visit if you have children!

Also, another reviewer mentioned the lack of staff at the Fitting Rooms; this actually felt very normal (at least it is in other parts of the world from what I've experienced) , so I appreciated just being able to help myself to a room whenever I wanted (...granted, they were also messy with customer's deserted stuff). In the end, on this particular occasion, I left with two items: a very cute, white sweater with golden sparkly thread AND a fantastic little black dress. Pricetag? Under $50. And the person at the cash register was SO friendly and engaging; she gave me an enormous brown paper bag for free when she saw I had been toting around all my Kitchen Store Outlet stuff in my arms.
