As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

Their team is knowledgeable, thorough, and truly committed to doing the job right. What has impressed us the most is their dedication to their customers. When my daughter-in-law moved outside of their service area, they went above and beyond to help her find a reputable pest control company in her new location. That level of care and customer service is hard to find these days. Ellis County Pest Control stands behind their work and is genuinely committed to serving their customers with integrity and excellence. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy pest control services. -- Rebecca Hill
