They explained that they would come out to do an assessment (we had an ant problem) and then give us an idea what caused the problem and an estimate for treatment. Mark showed up and quickly identified the problem AND what caused the problem, gave us what I thought was a very reasonable estimate to treat the ants and outside all around the foundation. DeWayne knew exactly what kind it was and the differences between other beetles. He did a complete look around the house and found some areas that could be an issue later but nothing serious at the moment. I just bought this house and it turns out DeWayne serviced this home a few months ago with the previous owners - I guess we keep it in the family/house. Overall DeWayne recommended a few services for later on down the road but did not try to force me into anything and did not make any issues seem bigger than they were.
