I had a root canal done yesterday and I feel 100% better today. I was well taken care of and I will return with my son for treatment. The dentist explained the procedure and made it as pain free as possible. I was amazed !! I thought I'd be sore for a while but after the numbness wore off from the Novocaine I experienced some discomfort that was relieved by 400 mg of ibuprofen and then I was fine. They had so many great reviews that I had to check it out. Such a beautiful office and wonderful people working there. The hygienist, dental assistant and the dentist were all so wonderful. No shaming over the state of my teeth. No pushing services I didn't want just a really good cleaning. I had a gum issue that we talked about fixing and they gave me the amount after insurance and I was able to schedule for the next week. Again a great experience. I highly recommend checking them out. Especially if you're sensitive about the state of your teeth and want staff that cares not shames.

Biltmore Commons has asked me to leave a review. I cannot in good faith say anything nice about…read morethis place. I am new to the area and was recommended to this practice. My old practice was a single dentist, a few dental assistants and a receptionist. You spend your entire visit with the dentist and he provides you an honest summary of your visit. The total visit is under a half hour. Biltmore Commons has 6 Dentists and at least that many dental hygienist and more dental assistants and receptionists. You spend the majority of your visit with your hygienist and about 2 minutes with the dentist. Because there is so much overhead you get a Spirit Airlines experience where you are constantly getting upsold nonsense. The hygienists are more like used car salesmen than people who clean your teeth. I have been to this place twice and they have tried selling me laser treatment ($100) night guards ($800), Invisilign, a Waterpick ($120), an additional cleaning, and they were going to try to sell me an electric toothbrush if I didn't already have one. The hygienists don't give up the entire visit until you say yes to something. The dentist never says you need any of these things. I never went through with any of these scams. And I will not be going to Biltmore Commons ever again. My first visit was 2 hours (with x-rays) and my second was almost an hour (without x-rays). I have a life and my time is not valued. My recommendation is to find a dentist with less overhead where they can pay for their practice with just regular dental work and not ancillary products.
