We knew exactly what we wanted to gift him, but there was no way (I thought) to get it to him same day...enter ROSCOE and his express delivery service. After calling through a list of "courier" services in Indy that I found online, none of whom would take my proposal, I called Roscoe's Express. Not only did Roscoe himself, agree to help me, but they added a very personal touch to the gift delivery by creating a special birthday certificate to present to our colleague along with the gifts that the courier had to make two stops along the way to pick up and then deliver to the final destination, our co-worker's home. THANK YOU, ROSCOE! Good heart with GREAT customer service - a rarity these days!

When it took longer than it expected, they fired Alex and refused to pay him for his work. Fear not, I paid him. Then I discovered my brand new black lacquer coffee table hand been chipped. It also took me a full month to obtain a receipt from them. When asking for the receipt, they were non-responsive until I told them I couldn't find my Blu-ray DISC Player. Then they came to my apartment, ransacked through my opened boxes, and had to call Keith to find out where he packed it. It turns out, he packed it at the bottom of a red box marked Bedroom, which contained my nightstand lamp, desk lamp, and makeup drawers. My Blu-ray player didn't have any protection on it. I'm grateful it was found, but still not happy with the services I paid for. My clothes were tossed into industrial size garbage bags. No wardrobe boxes were used. When you pay a moving company over $1,000 dollars, you expect professional services, which this company did NOT provide.
