Vicky has an outstanding understanding of the real estate market and how to best market a property. Our sincere thanks to Chrisie, Lisa, Sheila, Sharon, Jeni and all the agents that gave up their Sunday afternoons to host open houses. They all took a personal interest in the sale of our home and worked tirelessly from listing to closing. Chrisie was great and very helpful. We where able to get more than we thought for our house that sold before it was even officially on the market. We where also put in touch with Courtney Jenkins as we where looking at houses in Maryland where Chrisie was not licensed. Courtney was also great very responsive and caring. She took time with us and tried to help with my handicapped father and was very patient and concerned that we find the right fit for us and him. We finally bought in West Virginia where we were put in touch with Brandi Danner. Brandi was also wonderful! We had constant contact from all involved and everyone truly worked as a team and found us a great place that we love. Platinum Reality is truly a great team. I would recommend Platinum Reality and any of these realtors in a heartbeat.

There were a few minor issues that came up that she handled for us. I would recommend Jeni to any of my friends or family looking to buy or sell in this area. STOP SCROLLING! Look no further. You've found her. NOVA's best realtor, Jeni Spagnoli!…read more Jeni was essential to my husband and me owning our dream home. She was always responsive to us, even over the Fourth of July weekend when we found our dream home. She helped us book a showing for the same day we inquired, helped us get pre-approved, and helped us put an offer on the house - ALL ON THE SAME DAY. She contacted the seller's realtor to understand what the seller was looking for and advised us to put a specific offer on the house that would be tough to beat, especially considering there were already three offers on the house. Within 48 hours of finding our dream home, we were on contract. Jeni was also essential to us selling our house. We weren't planning on buying our dream house so the house we were living in wasn't prepared to be put on the market. No problem though as Jeni was able to help us make a (long) list of things to fix and/or upgrade, kept us on schedule, planned several open houses, marketed our house to other realtors, and gave us advice on how to price our house in such a tumultuous market. We were able to sell our house above the sale price and with the contingencies we needed. On top of everything above, Jeni has a great sense of humor and felt like a close friend that we've had for a long time. She was honest and candid throughout. Her knowledge of the NOVA real estate market was impressive and she has such an extensive network to draw from. Overall, she is a fierce realtor who will make your dreams come true - well, at least your housing dreams. We would absolutely recommend Jeni to anyone in the NOVA area who is interested in buying and/or selling a home. When we are looking to buy again, we will not hesitate to contact Jeni. So what are you doing? Contact her now!

This most recent sale came with several contingencies that could have delayed or derailed the process. We were understandably worried, but Jin took each one by the horns and resolved them one by one. Thanks to her skill and determination, we closed right on schedule. How else can we describe her? Simply fabulous. Her team was equally wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much, Jin!

While the home-buying process itself was smooth, our move-out experience was the complete opposite. As a family with young children, we were repeatedly questioned and made to feel uncomfortable over normal wear and tear......things like minor drywall nicks that are expected in any home with kids. These were already being addressed on our end with a contractor, as we had communicated. Despite agreeing to cover repairs and forfeit a $3,000 deposit, we were met with unnecessary comments and a level of aggression that felt unprofessional and unwarranted. It was especially disappointing given that we chose to work with her over many other options, expecting a level of trust and respect in return. We believe in accountability and were fully willing to take care of any legitimate damages....but respect and professionalism should go both ways. Based on this experience, we would not recommend doing business with Jin.
