Kathy got right back to me and worked with me on creating my menu and was able to give me a price quote within a few days. They delivered the food right to my door at the exact time agreed upon. The food was AMAZING. I asked everyone to let me know what their favorite dishes were but they were all so delicious it was hard to narrow it down to just one or two. Our main entrees were the lemon dill salmon, the chicken with creamy mushroom sauce and the smoked tri tip. Everyone raved about the sauce on the chicken. I also included side dishes along with the Butternut Squash Soup. The soup was sooooo good. I would order all of the items again. I can't wait to have another dinner party and use Sabores Catering again. I was able to relax and enjoy my guests, not spend the entire time in the kitchen. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Although I've been to food festivals from other places, this is probably one of my favorite food vendors in California. One of their best selling is the spam musabi which most local people would go for. But recently my favorite one, which was a bold move to even consider, is the hot Cheetos curry chicken over rice. Essentially it's your typical spicy curry except it's being seasoned by hot Cheetos dust, and it is moderate sprinkled over the main dish. Overall, it's one of my favorite vendors to visit once a week and trying their wide selection of food they have to offer :)

If you want real BBQ, you'll definitely need to try "Stay Smokin' BBQ" based out of Mountain House,…read moreCA. Stay Smokin BBQ was catering for an event at my children's school about a month or so ago. For those who have children, you know all too well how picky kids can be when it comes to food and my boys are no different. I had ordered a combo meal for my two boys and I to share. I wasn't sure if one combo meal was going to be enough for all three of us, however, when I received our food I realized the portion sizes were large. We ordered brisket, pulled pork, tri tip, baked beans and macaroni and cheese. If you're a mac and cheese lover like me, you definitely have to try their homemade macaroni and cheese. It was creamy, cheesy, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. When it came to the brisket, pulled pork, and tri tip, I have to say it is probably the best BBQ I have ever tasted. Each bite was juicy, full of flavor, and tender. They provided homemade BBQ sauce, but the meat is so flavorful that you don't have to add anything to it. I feel like I hit the jackpot with Stay Smokin' BBQ! In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I reached out to Stay Smokin' BBQ to help provide a nice Thanksgiving meal. I didn't get any names which I highly regret now, however, they took care of us on Thanksgiving. They generously provided brisket, pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, and a sweet potato pie to my children and I. They gave me the day and time to pick the order up and when I arrived, they handed me hot and fresh BBQ that just came off the smoker. I think this Thanksgiving meal spoiled my four children because they asked if we can stop making turkey and just get the BBQ. Thank you so much Stay Smokin' BBQ. I don't know how you do it but you have the best BBQ I have ever tasted. I appreciate you all!
