This place is AWESOME! I've been here 3 times for body work. The first time was a minor bump on my back near the gas tank. Only a 2 day fix and my car looked great! The second time I was rear ended, 2 day fix, car looked great! THIRD time a tree fell on my car (true story) I didn't think that they were going to be able to fix it. They put a whole new roof on my car and fixed all the damage the tree caused (which was alot) They finished my car in 4 days!!! It LOOKS AWESOME and you cant even tell It was in an accident. Going by the positive reviews I had read in Yelp, I brought my wife's E350 to Coach & Colors. The front bumper on both sides had scraped paint underneath from hitting the pavement or sidewalk, not a big deal but they looked ugly. Showed it to Vic; we agreed quickly on a reasonable price; and he had it done in a day. I am highly satisfied with the work and also appreciate his friendly demeanor. Getting rear-ended is never a fun experience, but I'm glad I took my car to Joe and Vic after my accident. Not only did they take care of the rear bumper so that it looked brand new, but they also cleaned my car and fixed minor bumps and dents in the front at no extra charge. Was recommended to Coach and Colors to get $100 off my deductible. At first I was a little skeptical going with a repair shop recommended by my insurance rather doing my own research. First time calling them to schedule a drop off, Vic (the owner), answered the phone and was real nice right off the top. He even offered to pick up my car for me. Dropped the car off on a Thursday afternoon, by Friday he had an estimate submitted to my insurance. Given it was a long weekend and my insurance was closed on Monday, by Tuesday the estimate was approved and he started work on my car. Estimated time to completion was 2 days. On Thursday 3pm I got my car and it looked brand spank'in new. Granted the car wasn't in too bad of shape Vic did have to repaint the bumper, replace the airbag sensors and seat belt. The labor costs seemed very reasonable and the majority of the cost was in the parts. The place isn't a fancy state of the art facility, but they do fantastic work with great customer service. By Monday, they had my bumper painted and ready to be installed on my car. I dropped my car off in the morning on Tuesday and by 12pm my car was ready to go. I brought my car in to Coach and Colors to have the rear end fixed. Since the job was done poorly, the trunk leaked and ruined the amplifier for my radio. It cost me $800.00 to fix. Then another side of the trunk was leaking, causing rust to appear. I brought my car back to Coach and Colors to have the warranty work done. When the work was done, the owner told me the locks for the doors were not working, using the remote control. They had to remove the vacuum box in the trunk that controls the locks to do the warranty work. The locks were working when I brought the car in. It cost me $600 to get it repaired. The owner denied that they damaged the system. They lied to me when the said they never touched the controls for the doors. My mechanic showed me how it had to be removed to do the warranty work. Compare Coach and Colors to other body shops. They are much smaller and can't afford to pay for their mistakes. read more
