With that said, the worst cliches of anti-service 'service' or repair shops came true. 1- They demand a $25 credit card deposit when you book an appointment. Who else does that? Do not agree to this. Here is why: 2- Whoever took the appointment had booked me in the wrong category. 3- The person at the desk there was quite rough around the edges. It is not that his demeanour and diction were quite lacking, but he had no customer service skills either. 4- The man claimed he cannot take me in because of the error. He could not explain how it happened. He also could not explain why the person who was going to work on my car (in the wrongly booked category) could not instead do my work with the time he had been freed up at. 5- His solution was for me to leave my car there for the day and they would see if they could get to it that day. I would not even if he had been polite, courteous or analytical about any of it. Not only an apology was not forthcoming, I can assure any readers that they did not do 'glass' here and are evidently not 'speedy' here.

Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job.
