The next day on the highway (mild weather / normal driving) the repair failed and a crack spread through the entire windshield. They offered a refund of the repair cost, but only towards the purchase of a new windshield. I was told retail was $375, but with the refund and a 'deal' they could replace it for $250. I mentioned that was still $30 more than my quote from the dealership, so I would just go there - but still wanted a refund on the repair as it didn't even last a day. They were hesitant, but eventually agreed to refund the repair cost despite not purchasing their windshield.

He used paintless dent removal on small dents, re painted hatch with large paint chip, and repaired rock chips on hood. They found some rust under chrome trim on edge of hood, and remedied that as well. They did a beautiful job of everything, came in on quote, with no extra charge for rust repair.
