When we picked it up, clear coat was peeling off in chunks, the paint was uneven, dull and orange peeled. He said he would fix it. This was originally done in May 2024, he keeps having excuses and saying he's too busy to fix it. When questioned on fixing the truck or giving a refund he said no to a refund as it's been four months yet he is the one who made us wait. They worked directly with my insurance company on my behalf, which I really appreciated. The estimator was wonderful. She showed me everything that would be done to repair my car in great detail both when I took it to the shop to when I picked my car up a few weeks later (all shining, cleaned and looking brand new).
