Mark (the owner) took it upon himself to check all the brakes which he was NOT asked to do. He raised his voice at myself and my mother stating he wasn't going to argue with us. He claimed differential was fine and flip flopped on his story about there being a crunching noise, which there isn't nor did my brother tell anyone that there was. He lied several times to justify why the inspection of the brakes were done. He told my brother he didn't look at the differential but told us he did.
