The gentleman that came to get my vehicle traveled through inclement weather and still had a long drive to his destination. He was very friendly, professional and was very dedicated to making sure everything was safe and secure before leaving. I appreciate his dedication and his customer service relations. If you ever get to the point where you need a tow truck you're already stressed OUT & YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT HOURS for help. Alex from D&A TOWING made my day with his fast , friendly and excellent service. A certain vehicle had been constantly illegally Parking in my spot (that I pay for ) leaving me nowhere to park for 2 days ! I was at risk of being ticketed and towed myself so I Had to have the car towed ASAP. I called 6 towing companies before I got through to Alex (with zero luck ) . Some had no trucks available, some gave me the run around and some were just clueless, honestly. When Alex picked up the phone his friendly laid back demeanour instantly put me at ease . He got all the necessary information and was literally at my door within 20 minutes . Are you KIDDING?!? How amazing! He hooked up the car within 5 minutes and I had my parking spot back instantly.
