The estimate process was easy to schedule. Took 5 minutes. Had to wait 3-4 days to hear back that parts had to be ordered and they call when they were ready. A call came about 1 week later. They had a rental car ready for us and they took the car for the body work. It took a little longer than I would have expected (~ 2 weeks). Don't matter as we had the rental. Well, the car was fixed perfectly. You would never know there was an accident. The insurance paid and we had no issues. I would certainly return to Concord Collision. They were extremely easy to deal with.

As you know when you are taking your vehicle to get it fix you are nervous and hoping the shop will do a good job and you can trust them. My experience started when I met Cindy at the reception. She was courteous and very helpful and offered me a coffee and I waited for the gentleman to inspect my vehicle. This person was Nigel , a very kind and helpful person. Imagine you are trusting someone to fix your vehicle and take good care of it. From my initial step into the office it was a gratifying experience. I then met Ramsey, a very caring and extremely helpful person. Ramsey is the head of the operation. If you have met him you will know what I am referring to. Ramsey has your interest at heart, and only want to get the job done correctly and you make sure you are satisfied which is exactly my experience. My experience continued when I met Christina, a lovely and helpful individual, Christina made me feel like a family, she went out of her way to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. She came out with me to the vehicle holding my hands to the car for it was a snowy day full of ice and snow and I was very nervous going to my vehicle. The job was superb. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the way in which they cleaned my car after the job was finished. There was another issue with my vehicle that was not related to the accident and Ramsey and Christina went above and beyond to help me and get my vehicle working. Dealing with Concord Collision centre was truly a very gratifying and happy experience. I don't want to ever have another accident but should that ever unfortunately recur, I would only want to go to this centre. They treat you like a family member and only want the best for you. The time to repair the vehicle took very long based on various excuses they provided of their worker sick, injured etc. They took so long that my insurance coverage on the rental car ran out. They promised over and over again that they would cover any additional costs for the rental car because it was their issue that it took so long to repair. They actually called the rental company to let them know that they could invoice them directly for the extra costs. About 3 months after they finished the repairs, I received a letter from the car rental company that Bill's Midway would not return their many attempts to collect on the rental car costs and that I was ultimately responsible for the additional costs (they had my credit card as part of renting the vehicle). I too have reached out to Bill's Midway for reimbursement and they have not responded to me. This body shop stiffed me for just over $400 on the rental car because they couldn't repair the car in a timely manner, even after after promising that they would cover any additional rental car costs as a result of the issues they had during the repair of my car. Based on my experience and Bill's Midway actions to date, they simply lied and never had any intention of covering the costs. Added Comment: The work that Bill's Midway did was front end work. When we turned on our Air Conditioner (AC) this year it did not work. We had a local service station check the AC coolant and it was empty. They could not find a leak. I have to assume that during the repair of the front end that the AC was affected and Bill's Midway never refilled the coolant. In my opinion, not very attentive to details! Ripped me off on the car rental and now this. Stay far away from this repair shop!

I called 8 different body shops and everyone told me it would take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to repair the scratch. The quotes ranged from anywhere between $300 and $600. Eventually I was given the name of this shop by a friend and what a relief. They told me that it would be a simple touch up with some minor buffing of the area. A couple of hours at most with a $150 quote. Feeling a little hesitant, I left the car with them. They called me back approximately 3.5 hours from when I dropped off the car letting me know that it was ready. I went back to pick up the car and the scratch was gone. Invisible to the eye. This shop was honest, upfront and quick with the repair. This is what every body shop should be.
