Everyone at Destination Tahoe Weddings & Events did a wonderful, professional, and courteous job from start to finish, and at a very reasonable price. It is a pleasure for me to highly recommend Destinations Tahoe Weddings & Events, and Rev Ron Sayed.

That event featured an impressive turnout, especially considering that the Jewish population in the Carson Valley is considered by some to be a bit light. At the same time, I ran into someone I knew from the old Jewish Business Lunch (Walnut Creek), gave some tips to a couple who were new to the area, and was impressed that several politicos showed up. The Plaza itself is modest, yet spacious and comfortable. And that little bit of light in a world with more darkness lately was a welcome respite. Many thanks to Rabbi Sputz and Chabad for putting on this very socially pleasing event, with a full dose of Ruach.

I was the bride you didn't want showing up on the big day (and yes I mean a total disaster)! From start to finish this team worked with me, calmed me down and cheered me on. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, the photographer produced life long memories for my family, Brent kept me updated and on track the entire time, and that wedding planner saved my life all day long! Without them, I would not have had such an amazing experience. Brent made it so easy with his all inclusive package that half the time, I forgot we were planning a wedding! It was all done for us! Not to mention the backdrop in Genoa is a hard place to beat! It is beautiful. Thank you to the Cottonwood staff for bringing our dreams to life!

Grab one of their signature cocktails to sip on, preferably the Blood Orange Lemonade to then sit out in the beautifully landscaped outdoor area to relax or challenge your friends and family to one of their backyard games like Cornhole or Bocce Ball to build up an appetite. On this particular day, our appetites were already pre-backyard game ready to dive into the menu and we realized that we would definitely be coming back to try other options that caught our eye. We ordered the T-O-TChos that are tater tots smothered with melted cheese then topped with house-made chili, green & red onion, and sour cream - TOO DIE FOR!! Then we went for the Tri-tip Swiss Sliders on Hawaiian sweet rolls and let's just put it out there I am not a big tri-tip person because the meat is a hit or miss for me. But folks the meat was cooked to PERFECTION, topped with sautéed mushrooms & onions plus a dollop of horseradish - yeppers folks OMTASTY!! Plus a side of coleslaw that let me say, it was EXCELLENT!! with just a hint of jalapeno - yummilicious!! Looking forward to making our way down the menu with our first stop at the Genoa Peak Nachos and Cottage Burgers - (insert my awkward giggle LOL) As we finished our relaxing day here, we found ourselves gazing out at the backdrop of the mountainous views, the pine trees, along with the beautiful flowers inside the gorgeous outdoor setting all around us. Feeling like we were at a backyard BBQ of a dear friend or family members enjoying the peacefulness of the day - ahhhmazing and serene. Added bonus of Cottonwood Cottage that made this day complete, the personal, friendly service from the hosts aka owners to pull everything all together with refreshing libations, tasty, yep satisfying food to the beauty of this venue. - yeppers PERFECT DAY! Thank you for our relaxing Sunday Funday! I am so happy we decided to hire this photo booth company for our wedding! From the very beginning,…read morethey exceeded all of our expectations. One of my favorite things was the incredible selection of props. It felt endless! I've been to a lot of weddings, and I've honestly never seen a photo booth company bring so many fun and unique props. It made every trip to the booth exciting because everyone could keep mixing and matching different accessories. Something that meant so much to me was hearing from my guests about how kind and friendly the staff was. They said the attendants were so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely looked like they were having fun too. That energy made the experience even more enjoyable, and it really warmed my heart knowing my guests felt so welcomed. I also loved that guests could text the photos directly to themselves, which made it so easy for everyone to keep their memories. Another feature I really appreciated was that they printed multiple copies for larger groups so no one had to worry about sharing a single photo strip. One of the best surprises came after the wedding when they emailed me every single photo that was taken throughout the night. On your wedding day you're so busy that you don't get to see every moment, so being able to look through all of the silly, sweet, and candid photos afterward was incredibly special. I know our guests will remember our wedding every time they look back at those photos, and I couldn't be happier that we chose this company. They helped create so many fun memories, and I truly can't recommend them enough!
