Do not hire him. It's hard to get him to show up. He wanted advance money to do my baseboards. I…read moregave him $200. He came and measured (we were his helper to measure the baseboards btw). This was on a Friday. He was supposed to buy baseboards over the weekend and paint them and then install on Monday. It lightly snowed on Monday and he didn't show up. Then Tuesday came and he didn't show up and wouldn't answer texts either. He said he was gonna show up on Wednesday. When I confirmed again, he said it was too stressful and he wasn't gonna do the job and kept the $200. Bad faith dealing. I wanted to give him a chance despite his bad reviews but he totally messed up and kept the $200. He said that was the price for measuring! Do not hire him and save yourself a lot of anguish. Blue Sky Electrical Solutions is the best contractor I've worked with across the two home…read morerenovations we've done. Their estimates were accurate, they were always punctual, communication was clear, and they consistently went above and beyond. They handled a wide range of work for us: under-cabinet kitchen lighting, upgrading tricky recessed cans to LED, hanging chandeliers with 12+ ft ceilings, installing an EV charger, upgrading heat tape to smart contact switches, all electrical for a hot tub, adding outlets, and fixing numerous existing issues. Everything was done cleanly and correctly. Kyle and Jayson are friendly, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. Scheduling was straightforward and communication was excellent throughout. Wile running new lines through the crawl space, Jayson noticed moisture, took a video, and proactively alerted us. That led us to fix a leak in a downstairs bathroom before it became a major problem--saving us a huge headache. I can't recommend Blue Sky highly enough.
