I waited for so long for someone to acknowledge me and I was like hi I have a photo pickup from snap fish and she goes "we don't do that here" and I pulled up the email and asked if the address was correct and she was like nope no orders with your name and I was like uh there should be I got an email saying it was ready and she was like mmmm no and I was like well can you check and she goes no packages and I said it's a photo pickup and she was like why didn't you say that. The attitude was next level, she finally actually tried to find the order and it was truly right behind her. After all that, I paid and told her to have a nice day and she scowled at me, leaving me to grab my photos from her side of the counter. The least she could've done was hand them to me after being entirely unhelpful. And on top of that my prints weren't even printed the right size.

She is very unapproachable and rude to customers and seems very inconvenienced by performing her duty of helping customers. And, you actually get to talk to a live person. Not only are they quick to fill prescriptions, if they don't have it they will go out of their way to get you what you need or offer alternative recommendations, and they did just that today. They will also deliver if needed. Who does that anymore except for those that truly value their customers. Unfortunately, I have to take a lot of medications now. I don't know why I didn't do this before, but after the help I received today I am transferring all my prescription needs (and my wife's) to this pharmacy. The regular pharmacy could not help me after that. I was recommended to go to Golden Cove Pharmacy and George was amazing and so kind and really listened to me. Many of the aisles were bare. This was weeks ago and there were no markdowns yet in early June. Back to the ice cream, I have often chosen pistachio, cookies n cream, or chocolate malted crunch. Inexpensive and good ice cream! I have seen Thrifty's ice cream in the frozen aisles at grocery stores. Sure, I can purchase 'em there and have it at home. Not quite the experience of purchasing on a cone or a cup at Rite Aid. Have gone to this location a couple of times, another in Torrance and in Norwalk for my scoop ice cream and friend's/fam's scoops. They were always generous scoops too. Aw, thanks for the memories!
