Carroll the Magician has been entertaining our family for years! Some of my favorite memories are taking my daughter to Old Bag of Nails when she was young--she always wanted to go when Carroll was there because she absolutely loved watching him perform! Years later, we recently booked Carroll for our nonprofit's volunteer appreciation party, and he was easily the highlight of the night! His magnetic personality pulls you in, his magic keeps you guessing, and he brings such a fun energy to the entire room. Carroll is an incredibly talented entertainer and a wonderful addition to any party or event. If you're thinking about booking him--do it! You won't be disappointed. read more

Carroll Baker is fantastic! He performed "roving magic" for our guests at a large party. He went table to table, area to area and entertained and engaged our guests. Every trick he did was up close and no one could figure how he did any of them!! Pure magic! Carroll Baker was reliable, timely, and easy to communicate with. Additionally, he has a friendly, warm and comical personality and everyone enjoyed interacting with him. He kept even our most challenging guests engaged! Children, teens, and adults all loved him. I received many compliments on how fun and different it was to have him at the party. Magically wonderful! Highly recommended. read more

He entertained for my sons graduation party by going table to table as people were socializing and performed simple card and coin tricks which literally blew their minds. Everyone of our guests that saw him raved and asked, "Where did you find him?" So if you are looking for entertainment that is different, unique and for all ages Carroll Baker is who you are looking for. Five stars is not enough of a rating to give in response to the sleight of hand magic Carroll Baker performed at my wife's 60th birthday party! Countless guests have raved about their interactions with him, and when asked about the evening said that the magician was their favorite part of the night. I have long been entertained by card tricks and close up magic, never caring how it is done and what the secret behind the trick is, or how the diversion is accomplished. I just want to be near it and get surprised. Mission accomplished ten times over! Rest assured that we will be singing his praises to everyone we can. Steven B. read more

I had met Carroll from Old Bag of Nails in Gahanna while eating with my family. He came and performed a few tricks that entertained my children and family. The next day my 8 year old said he wanted to learn magic. Fast forward to this past weekend and we had Carroll come to his birthday party to do a show for the kids! Even the adults enjoyed the humor in the show. He was very engaging and comical throughout the entire gig. Every child was involved in the magic as the show went on. The kids were talking about the magic at school the next day. He truly made my son's birthday magical! read more

Carroll was the perfect pop of magic for our son's 5th birthday party! We had 25 kiddos in the audience and he kept their attention beautifully from start to finish. Even more impressive is that we had ages ranging from 2-7 with most of our kiddos on the spectrum. They were laughing and gasping more times than I could count. During the finale trick, Carroll had the birthday boy help make a fuzzy white rabbit appear, soooo fun! Then everyone got a turn to pet and say hello to the sweet bunny. Such a special event for all involved and we can't thank him enough! :) read more

We had Carroll come for our annual Christmas Party. There were around 90 people (kids and adults) at the party; and his show was the highlight of the evening! He did a great job engaging the children during the performance. They were in awe of each trick! They especially loved the ones that included the dove and rabbit. Carroll also was incredibly entertaining for the adults; we couldn't figure out how he did a single trick and particularly enjoyed his witty humor! We will definitely be booking him again next year! Carroll ROCKS!!!! I first saw Carroll perform at a private halloween party and kept his business card knowing that one day I would avail myself of his services. For this years corporate holiday party we decided to do a sit down dinner with entertainment and I knew Carroll would be the perfect performer. Some on the party committee were a little skeptical that a magician would keep 80 IT professionals engage for 90 minutes but after hearing back from them (post-party) 100% loved the show and want him back for another show. read more

Love Carroll Baker!!! We've hired him for multiple birthday parties and my kids took classes from him at a local summer camp. He just performed at my 50th party, and was great as always. New things we hadn't seen before as well as favorite how-did-he-do-that tricks. Many of the guests came up and asked how we found Carroll and how he does his magic, which of course we don't know!! He is good with both adults and kids, and remarkable with remembering names to pull the audience in and interact with every one. read more

Carroll Baker is the BEST magician in town and made my teenager's birthday a blast! He tailors to age appropriate audience - as we had him at both my daughter's 7th and 14th birthday party- He makes the best party's! Even the most skeptical in the group couldn't stop raving about how in the world he was doing his tricks. We had a small group for the teenage party and he was up close for all to observe and really impressed. I recommend him for any age group and will be using him in further events to come. read more

You won't be disappointed!!! Carroll was hired for my sons 5th birthday party. We had about 10 kids and 15 adults. Carroll was able to keep the entire crowd entertained and made sure to include everyone of all ages within his show. My 5 year old son and 78 year old dad had the most fun of all! From an administrative perspective, Carroll was quick to respond and flexible when I had to change the location of my venue. Very easy to make a deposit and pay for the entertainment. Thank you Carroll! read more

Saw Carroll Baker at Greenlawn Cemetery fundraiser for the Crypt and he was awesome. In fact my kids (both under 10 at the time) and I thought he was much better than the headliner. We had the opportunity to see him at one of his other regular venues and again, he amazed us! Then as luck would have it he did classes at our school, both after school and for summer, and he is just as good a teacher as he is a magician. Thank you Carroll Baker for your awesome slight of hand and entertainment! read more

Carroll Baker has been at Columbus Academy's Summer Experience program for 16 years and each of those years he wows and amazes students with his teaching of magic as well as his performance know how. Recently, he came to put on a show for my son's Scout Blue & Gold Party and it was amazing! All of the scouts were engaged, smiling and laughing. The parents were so happy and were equally entertained. He even stayed to do the photo booth with each scout! He is amazing and we love him! read more

We truly enjoyed having Carroll entertain at my daughters 5th Birthday party. He had the whole crown captivated by his tricks, adults as well, and made sure the room was filled with laughs and smiles. Days later and I still have party guests telling me how much fun it was. Carroll showed up early and got set up right away, and even showed the younger party guests tricks while he waited for his show to start. We couldn't have asked for a better magician and I highly recommend to all! read more

We have had a Dartball banquet for over 40 years. I have been in charge of the entertainment for about 15 of those years. Carroll did the entertainment last Thursday night and was one of the best entertainers we have had. Both kids and adults were amazed at his magic and comic banter and had the audience participate in many tricks. Several people commented about the show. I would definitely have him do something in the future. Mike Helsel. Franklin co Dartball league read more

Carrol did an amazing job at my son's 10 year Birthday party. Him and his friends (range 6-12 age) were very entertained and he handled their inquisitive questions with grace. Even parents enjoyed the show. The magic with the bunny is a must and can't beat watching someone levitate. We have had a lot of magicians over the years and Carrol is one of the best. Definitely won't be disappointed and will experience an amazing magic show. read more

Carroll's magic show was the life of the party for my 5 & 7 year-old's combined birthday. His magic tricks and silly jokes kept 24 kids and many adults on the edge of our seat. He called up several kids to be assistants and he treated them with dignity. I appreciate that there was nothing scary about his magic show - just pure fascination and wonder. I hadn't laughed so much in a long time. Highly recommended! . read more
