She was extremely knowledgeable and offered the best rate of the 3-4 lenders that I received good faith estimates from. Here's why I'm rating her 5 stars: 1. Communication and responsiveness - she will literally email you at all hours of the day/night, providing whatever info when you need it. communication with her was very easy from the beginning. 2. Took time to explain everything - there are so many details in going to settlement but she explained everything thoroughly, even going line by line. 3. Very honest and straightforward - no unnecessary fees and was willing to flex on some negotiable fees. fees were the lowest by a significant amount. i'm always a bit weary of loan officers/mortgage brokers but she definitely won my trust. 4. Great rate - like i said, the others couldn't touch the rate she was offering (not even the online mortgage lenders) Overall, she was extremely easy to work with and very friendly. I'd definitely do my next loan with her again. Gene

Hello folks, Ok,…read moremortgage # 4 with Ms Hoover. I hope that this review of Ms. Hoover will assist you in any way. I am a military veteran and currently working in the Washington, DC area. Our family relocated to this area three (3) years ago and without knowing anyone we began to look for a home to buy. Maria Delgado from REMAX Premier was referred to us by some friends (see review) and Ms. Delgado referred Ms. Hoover in order for us to meet out mortgage needs. Well, Ms. Hoover delivered! My experienced with Ms. Hoover has been excellent. Ms. Hoover is very knowledgeable on VA loans and on the VA streamline process. It made everything go smoothly and with no problems. She is very professional, responsive and stays on top of her game because she knows what she is doing. You will not be disappointed. (I almost sound like a salesman). Lastly, I take these reviews very seriously. I have been deceived by some bad folks out there. I work very hard so that I can provide for my family needs. I recommend that with all of the web sites and different access, do a research on the internet before you decide to buy or do anything. I am sure that is how you got here in the fist place. Don't blame the company for a bad employee. The company may be great and just made a mistake of hiring a knucklehead (or two) as a company representative. In that case, write your review and notify the manager or the owner of the company. I do like to give people the benefit of the doubt, however, my review and others are extremely important in giving folks a good word for doing a great job and warning others of the not so good kind.... I hope that this review helped you in any way and if you do decide to work with Maria and or Melissa, I hope that it all works out. Please do not hunt me down if the deal goes mas o menos (ok and not excellent). It does happen but as far as I know Melissa has my vote of confidence....
