The estimate was clear concise the start time and end time was perfect and the work that was accomplished was stunning and I'm very happy with our new roof. Along the way they found some rotten timbers Which they took care of and professionally amended the original contract so it was very clear. What needed to be done additionally as well as the additional cost. I've always found this company to be professional and I've just recently hired them to do a deck and some interior construction work. It is so nice to be able to hire Professionals that you don't have to stay on top of and watch every day. These people are the real deal they work hard. They have longtime employees. I do this a lot and I was very impressed and happy to find Peter at G&O construction.

We are all incredibly impressed with the skill, care, craftsmanship, and professionalism…read moredemonstrated by Martin and crew from MH Home Services! From our initial interaction to the completion of the job, they have consistently gone above and beyond. We had a leak that caused significant damage to the ceiling and wall on a lower floor. I sent pictures of the damage and received prompt replies as well as a quote. They came out the same day to open up the ceiling so the plumbers could have access and came back to patch the ceiling (matching the textured ceiling style perfectly) and again to paint the ceiling and adjoining wall. No drama and no nonsense - they simply got the job done and more importantly, they did it with care! I don't usually give reviews but this was exceptional and I fully recommend Martin and crew and I will use them again.

Our experience with The View Roofing was the most unprofessional experience with any company we've…read moreever had. I can't fathom the positive reviews of this company. While Freddy seemed knowledgeable and was priced just below competitors, the realty was anything but. Most egregiously we were overbilled for sheets of plywood replacement after the job was over. Nobody discussed this with us during the job. Nobody would tell us what was replaced and where. We had to take photos from the underside and refuse to pay until they showed what was replaced. They never did. Then there was the damage. They damaged several of our deck posts and never repaired them as promised. They punched holes in our sheet rock ceiling. When replacing them we had to make sure they repaired the whole section (they tried to only repair part of it and paint over the other part). When repainting we were told they would paint the entire ceiling to match, then on the day they said they would only paint half then they only painted the small areas where they repaired leaving mismatched paint. We had to withhold payment and fight over a credit to cover hiring a painter. The list of minor things is long, from driving on our lawn and leaving huge tire indents, to burning a section of our grass with their equipment, leaving trash out in the yard away from the house overnight (lunch wrappers and water bottles not work debris). Dropping paint on our sidewalk (that wasn't completely cleaned), Dripping paint and spackle on our walls that left a permanent mark and leaving debris and trash behind when they left for good. All of this documented with photo and video. During all this Freddy, who was not on site most of the time, was the only person who spoke English and whom we could communicate with effectively (while the crew tried to use google translate it didn't work well). This exacerbated all the issues that we had.
