She pulled everything in my size for me to try on. (Donna normally works at their main store Tuesdays and Thursdays I believe) I found a few pieces I liked and was able to score them during their first ever off-season sale (1 Piece-50%, 2 pieces-60%, and 3 or more 70% off!) Note: this is not a discount store but they ran a sale this weekend to make room for this summers collection! Ted, the owner of the store, rang me out and was extremely cordial and personable. I had an amazing experience here and I would highly recommend visiting if you are a Lilly lover in the area! The owner was there and she was so attentive to my needs, while also giving me space to browse and the option to try things on. It's a boutique so the items are a little pricier, but they are high end and of great quality. I purchased a sweater, some beautiful jewelry from a "pop up shop", and a denim jacket. When I came in to inquire about it and his hours the shopkeeper whom I'll assume is Gordon was very pleasant. I actually came back later to buy the apparel and he maintained the chill attitude and friendliness as before. The shop is a nice size with clothes, surfboards, skateboards and accessories for all those products. Surfboards and I assume skateboards can be repaired here which is cool. The shop itself seems to fit in well as its a beach town and just seems like a nice spot to come for the above mentioned needs or drop in to chat about those above things with the owner.

This is what I get for wanting to support local. I recently gutted and completely renovated a home…read morenearby and decided I would decorate it with many items from this place. Even was wanting to hire Charlie, the owner, to help decorate it. Within two trips there, I had spent over $2,000 and was eager and ready to spend a lot more. After the 2nd trip in, I noticed one of the pillows I bought, a tassel tore off it. I never used it and the tags were still attached. I did also want to purchase a couple bathroom items but noticed they were each missing a pad on the bottom. So when I went in 5 days later to get a store credit or even exchange (bc they have a crappy return policy and only offer this!) I was told by the sales person she would have to discuss this with her manager bc she wasn't allowed to take back damaged items. I reiterated to her that I never even used it and the tags were still on it. After her (back room) phone call, she says her manager told her "we can't take it back." I informed her they literally have damaged items on their shelves and so, if a customer were to purchase them and realize it once they got home, they then wouldn't take them back? What a shame that over a dumb $200 pillow and the thousands I had spent in there (and more where that came from), they decided to bite their nose's off to spite their face. Back to online shopping with much lower prices, much better customer service and great return policies for me. Very sad.
