Food: The bread was really good, we love the olive oil and seasonings but the bottles are really hard to use and get clogged so easy. I do wish those were easier to use. Other than that the bread and oil/seasonings are delish! Plus our waitress was great with refills! The eggplant parm is where the 2 stars were lost. The eggplant slices were all different thickness and two were super mushy. These should be thin, crunchy and not mushy. The flavors were there and the Alfredo side was really good but the chef may need to be retrained on the eggplant part. The salad was good, fresh, good portion and the ranch was good too. The best thing about this Carrabbas is the service. Every time we come we get 5 star service. The second best thing is the food. When we come here, we order dishes that we love to eat and hate to prepare. It's wonderful to sit and enjoy dishes that someone else makes for you. Yes, we pay for that, but we gladly pay for these outstanding menu items: Rigatoni al Fiorno, Mezzaluna, penne with lemon butter sauce, ALL the chicken dishes, and the lasagna. All of the menu items are delicious, and I think we've tried 85% of the menu. The specials are also good. We like to look and see what's new and sometimes we try something offered on the specials menu. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It's not too noisy, but just right. It's like being with the family, except with mostly happy people all around. LOL. Brought menus, waters and warm bread with olive oil and spices to dip while we decided . We decided to get the Specials for Two - only $15.95, slightly less Monday through Friday. Perfect for the five of us because we like to share and try different items. We ordered, for the Sicilian Chicken soup, Minestrone soup, and Creamy Parmesan salad to begin. For main we ordered the Lasagna, Chicken Marsala, and Sirloin. Plus, Grand-daughter wanted the Fried Shrimp. Then finally for dessert we chose the Chocolate Dream (of course me and four girls), and the Tiramisu. Salads and soups came quickly. Soups were hot & delicious, my favorite still the Minestrone. Salads were cold, crispy, and great. Main courses came next. The Lasagna was cheesy, meaty and very good. Chicken Marsala was hot and very tender. Steaks, according to family were also great. I resisted because I came for Italian. Finally, the Tiramisu and Chocolate Dream came. Both were excellent but the consensus was the Chocolate Dream was the winner. We visited the we August Sunset Chrush Wine event and had the most wonderful time. We received amazing table service by our server team. We had one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. The food was hot, fresh, and served quickly not to mention it was so delicious. We're small eaters and plan to split a dish, they actually played it separately for us without even asking! We also tried the new garlic bread, tower, unreal! The sangria was perfection! We were a table of 6 seated at a table for four. The drinks were not refilled. The salad came out with the dinner. With no room to put both on the table, you had to send one back. Service was terrible. With all of the servers looking for work, this place cannot find any of them. I don't blame the staff. The bartender can either make the drinks or serve her 6 tables. It is extremely rare for me to write a review, but I felt this needed to be shared. I was expecting a delicious dinner, however, that was not the case. I got a shrimp Alfredo, paid extra for the shrimp. They put 5 shrimp on the whole pasta, normally that would be okay, but the shrimp were extremely small. The Caesar salad had 4 croutons. The restaurant started to clear out quick.
