Love them! This practice is out of network but is still working with my insurance and keeping me fully informed through out the process. The staff has been so caring and patient. I used to go to Dr. Hood then Dr. Carr took the practice over a year ago. I had to get new retainers, as the old one's failed. The one's that were ordered did not fit correctly and Dr. Carr had to do new impression molds and get them re-manufactured for me. His team, which is great by the way, did all of this in 24 hours, so that I didn't lose what I spent two years getting corrected. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Carr and his staff! So far my experience has been better than I could have anticipated. Every person I spoke to has been positive, helpful, and friendly. I had some issues with my Invisalign from my previous provider, and they were able help me resolve my issue and provide me with clarification on some things I was confused about regarding case transfers and the Invisalign process in general. My experience so far has solidified my desire to return to this office for any and all Ortho matters moving forward. The office is clean, modern, and efficient. Even though it was his day off, Dr. Hood took time to see me after my long-time dentist pulled two teeth. I greatly appreciate his flexibility. The staff are always very courteous, and there is little wait time. Dr. Carr also saw me on very short notice when I had a problem with my Invisalign. They are both very knowledgeable dentists. My daughters have frequented this dentist for many years now, both requiring costly interventions. I was concerned about how I would be paying for these expensive treatments initially, but they make it doable with interest free financing options. In addition, ALL of the staff at the office has been professional and treated us kindly, and I have never had a single negative interaction there. It is obvious the workers are treated well too because of their enthusiasm for their work. Dr. Hood, and now Dr. Carr, both do an excellent job at explaining what is going on as well as why they are recommending the interventions that they do. I have never felt like I was being sold something unnecessarily, and they always allow us to make the final decisions without pressure. I love how once the treatment plan is made that the payments are automatically charged to my card. I never have to dig in my purse to find money when I walk in or when I am leaving for copays or anything else. Occasionally there is a random something, but that's rare. There is a handy self check in that the kids can do themselves with no waiting in line. Simply walk in, sit down, and wait to be called which is always in a timely manner. I appreciate all of the appointment reminders. For a single parent with a busy life and multiple appointments to juggle, it's impossible to drop the appointment ball because they simply won't let you. We've had most of our dealings with Dr. Hood and Connie. Dr. Hood is the epitome of professionalism. He is very precise in his work, and thoughtful about recommending the right kind of treatment for my children's unique situations. He has decades of experience to draw from so he knows what works and what doesn't. Also, that Connie is the glue that holds that place together. I don't know what her official title is, but she knows a lot about all aspects of the business. She is an insurance genius, and does all the navigating of that for you. She'll explain it all if you ask, but most of the time I don't get it anyway. I appreciate her diligence with all of it. She's super friendly and funny. And finally, the additional perks...There is always bottled water available, and a nice clean restroom. There are ice cream treats for the kids during the summer, and video games in the lobby. The waiting area is beautifully decorated and I always look forward to the upside down tree at Christmas. It has some of the most beautiful decorations I have ever seen. It's high end retail for certain. If there was such a place as a Disneyland for dentistry this place would be it! Don't bother looking anywhere else. I rarely write reviews as I am busy, but I have been so impressed by these people I felt compelled to do so. These people know what they're doing and make other dental practices look like child's play! read more

My daughter recently became a patient of Dr. Carr's. She has serious anxiety when it comes to all things medical, but it's the worst at the dentist. Dr. Carr and his staff were very kind and accommodating to her/us. My daughter got her retainer this week but was anxious and wouldn't let them put it in. We got it in at home but noticed after a couple of days it was rubbing badly on her gums (they probably would have seen this and fixed it before we left the office had they been given the opportunity). We called the office on Friday and found out they were closed. We left a message on the emergency line. Dr. Carr got my daughter in immediately and fixed the retainer even though the office was closed. Thank you so much Dr. Carr and staff for your kindness and for accommodating us.
