Our mechanic always has us go get the parts when he works on our two older cars. We always go to Auto Plus because we know we are going to get the correct parts for our car. The same two guys have worked there forever and they know what they are doing. Many of the local mechanics also do business here, so that tells me something. I can usually get a parking spot right out front too. No waiting in line forever, no staff that has no idea what they are doing. Just good, honest, helpful employees.

I stopped in on a Tuesday morning around 9am, one person working the counter, at least three other booths empty, and two people standing in line. The the one employee that was on the floor was spending most of her time answering the phone, I felt really bad for her. I put my items back on the shelf and walked out, then came back at 11am and guess what? Still the same person working the counter, and four people in line. I put my items back on the shelf and informed another person looking at car detailing items that he would be standing in line for 1/2 hour if he wanted to by that item. I walked out, I don't need to put up with a franchise that can't keep employees. Qualified auto parts counter people are hard to come by and need to be paid accordingly, looks like the Mount Vernon O'Reilly Auto Parts doesn't understand that.

I was informed that they had the part and I could remove the part or they would have an employee do it for me. So foolish me, I drove the 1 hour 15 minute commute to get my part. When I arrived they gave me a vague description of where car was in yard. What a joke! There is no order to this yard. There was no row numbers and even the inventory # meant nothing! So after 30 minutes and a little help from one of the employees I found the car and the part I was told was there was not there! The clown at the sales counter told me that there were too many cars in the yard to do an accurate inventory and was sorry! Really I asked on phone and you said you had the part?? This yard is a gasoline smelling toxic waste dump! Avoid at all cost!

Today, Steven took the time to walk me through my windshield wiper choices, but he went the extra mile and helped me For 12 minutes in the parking lot so that I could put them on. He taught me how to do it, (I am newly divorced after 20 years, and I've never had to do it before). Then, when we experienced problems with one of them, he was patient and he continued to help and troubleshoot that with me. I'm very grateful for my AutoZone location.

I bought a Grand Design Linage M from this dealership. The sales and finance department were…read morepleasant to work with. The service department has been horrible. We had issues getting our license plates, multiple phone calls and no effect by this office to help, just passed the buck to the Fife, WA office. Then we had a motor go out on the slide on our four month old RV while camping. It was stuck out and we couldn't retract it. They were unable to provide mobile service nor were the RV tech they suggested. We contacted Blade RV, they sent someone to help us at the campground. RV country told us they could fix the broken motor issue in FIVE MONTHS, Blade RV will see us within a week. I love the RV we bought, Grand Design has been great to work with, they will reimburse me for the repairs. But RV Country Service in Mt Vernon completely and total sucks!
