I asked for a 36-month lease with 12,000 miles per year and requested a line-by-line breakdown showing every charge, including the money factor. That's a completely reasonable request when you're considering spending around $60,000 on a vehicle. Instead, the sales manager came back with a single sheet showing 36 months, 15,000 miles per year, and a payment of over $1,100 per month--none of the information I had asked for. I told him the breakdown was missing and that I wanted to understand exactly what I was paying for. Rather than answering my questions, he became visibly irritated, crumpled up the paper, walked away, and didn't even bother to shake my hand. I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior. If your sales manager can't handle an informed buyer asking basic questions about a lease, that's a serious problem. It was a complete waste of my time. If you're looking for transparency and professionalism, I'd recommend shopping elsewhere. Don't waste your time the way I did.
