Yeah, no. Not at all. Just like the old rug doctors that no one cleaned, it added odor, didn't take it out.

We had water damage again- NOT in the same part of our home as a few years ago- this time it's my kitchen and an important part of my home. During the rebuild process some additional items which weren't considered were found and they forgot to submit paperwork. To be truthful the missing items should have been identified initially and my first follow up should have prompted paper work to be submitted- it took a third email after the insurance said they didn't get paperwork.. things happen- if these guys didn't do such a good job previously I'm not sure I'd still be a customer. Waiting to see what happens- hopefully we can get this done- will update review if things go smoothly or get worse
