So I went to Carpet Tile Mart mid August to ask for service to repair and replace two tiles. I showed them pictures and they scheduled a contractor to come out a few weeks later, on September 12th. A contractor did come out and he looked at it and told my Mom he would be back the following week to fix it. He never came back. So I went back to Carpet Tile Mart in October to complain and the manager there, Mark, claimed this contractor was "very busy", but he assured me that the contractor Bill would be in contact. Still no response. So I went back in November to complain again and Mark said he just texted Bill and that he would be in contact with us. Thanksgiving went by, still not repaired. So my sister contacted Carpet Tile and finally in December, she got a response that Bill would be coming out to fix the floor on Monday, Dec 18th. We waited all day and no one showed, or contacted us to say they couldn't make it. Finally after Christmas, my sister contacted the manager of Carpet Tile and he basically said "sorry, it is out of my hands". That the contractor was an outside contractor for Carpet Tile. Then on December 22nd, Bill left a message saying he would send someone out on Wednesday, December 26th. My sister actually talked to him and he assured her his assistant would call 30 minutes before arrival because he lives very close to my mother's house. This was on December 26th. This was a full 4 months after I initially went to Carpet Tile to request service for my mother. The guy never showed up. If I could give them minus zero stars I would but because I can't, they get one star for the most terrible service after installation. I think it is so disrespectful of a company to wash their hands of an issue instead of trying to resolve it. They just lost a very loyal customer. We have been using Carpet Tile Mart for over 40 years. Very sad. I'm writing this as a business owner and I would never run my company like that and leave the customer hanging for over four months.

She made the ordering and payment process so easy! And they delivered and placed the rug exactly to my specifications this morning. The cost of the rug was very reasonable as were the costs of the pad, delivery, and rug placement. I had expected to pay more, given a past purchase with another company. I encountered the scene in the movie "Pretty Woman" where the employee told me that carpet here is very expensive and at least $2 sq ft and very high quality. Ok, I just wanted a quote and could decide from there if expensive. Anyway, he tried to delay helping me and then another employee volunteered to help me. The other employee at least try to be pleasant and polite. They did have carpet at $1.69 sq ft. The estimate was hand written which is very antiquated and with no line by item breakdown and just a lump sum.
