    Awesome company! Very responsive and great customer service by everyone (quote, dispatch and technicians). Adam and Ryan removed all the pet hair and stain. I will used them again! Great job Carpet Tech!

    Thank you to the Prosper Carpet Tech team for this thoughtful gift! We have used them no less than 20 times due to our family having 3 dogs in the house. Until a couple of days ago we lost our 16 year old dachshund. Carpet Tech came out right away to help clean up from her passing. The next day, I opened the door and there were flowers and a personalized card:) We sincerely appreciate your kindness!

    I scheduled an appointment online, and followed up with a phone call with this business. The date/time 7/23/22 @ 9 AM was provided and confirmed for carpet cleaning services. Well this morning, on the day of the appointment, 9 AM came and went and I was still waiting for the technician's arrival. I didn't receive a call stating the technician would be late or anything; no communication at all. Finally, at 9:37 AM, while still waiting for a technician to show up, I made a phone call to the company inquiring on the status of the technician's arrival as my appointment was for 9 AM and it's 9:37 AM and the technician has yet to arrive. The person answered the call, I provided my name and address and explained my appointment was confirmed for 9 AM and no one has shown up, called, etc. The person paused for about 30 seconds and then states "oh, your 'block of time' for the technician's arrival is 9 AM-11 AM, so they're not late at all, you just need to wait your turn". I explained to the person no correspondence, text, phone call confirmation, or email I received stated there would be a block of time for the technician's arrival. I read the text message to her and she still insisted I should understand how time blocks work. She became very condescending, speaking to me as if I were a child. She scolded me stating "any successful business will provide blocks of time and even if your confirmation from our customer service, text, or email doesn't specify a time block it should be automatically understood". I asked to speak with a manager. The manager came on the line and instantly started backing up what the representative stated. I asked the manager how was I supposed to'understand' my appointment was within a certain block of time when no one from your organization, no text message I received, and not even the confirmation email included this supposedly block of time. The manager then states "I apologize you don't understand how blocks of time work, nor do you understand the business process...." I cut her off and explained to her she would not be condescending towards me and make it seem like I'm the problem here, when clearly no communication I received from this service provider explained anything about a time block. She then stated, "well I have a technician SIX minutes away and he can be there between 30-45 minutes! I can do that favor for you". Favor for me??!!! AYFKM??!! I would have been fine with being provided a block of time initially, or even at appointment confirmation. However, the day of service, I'm waiting and then call to be fed an excuse. Nope, completely unacceptable. I canceled the appointment, and not because of the time situation, but because of how I was spoken to and how the tables were turned and the person answering the phone, as well as the manager all but stated "shame on you for not automatically understanding our appointments are on blocks of time and not specific times as stated on the text, email, or the verbal confirmation. An image of the text message and email conversation is attached. A customer should NEVER be put in a position where they have to assume ANYTHING about a service they are paying for, PERIOD!

    I was too embarrassed to post a before pic but the fact my carpet looks this good now is amazing.
