He was grr-eat; professional (yet no dust on his heels), informative, and patient with my inexperience dealing w/oriental rugs. The material/rug came out beautifully; however, it was Milan that will bring me back to Paramount Rug, in Hyannis, for our kitchen/hall floor replacement needs (after the cabinets are installed). The location is not ideal, but once you're inside it's not even a thought. Looking forward to revisiting in the spring.

AND being on the Cape, especially because a lot of the summer help is rotating or temporary, I wasn't sure we would find a reliable or responsible crew. However, from the onset, (unlike the 4 other cleaning services we interviewed) Clem, the owner of E3C Services, was ready to please, highly responsive, communicative, reliable, professional and reasonable . Clem worked with us to understand our cleaning needs and remained open and flexible to accommodate - we have five different family's that use our home during the summer (all with different timelines and needs) so this was key and so appreciated! Ok ok - probably MOST IMPORTANTLY - Clem and his crew work very hard and leave your home shiny and spotless! We agreed to a five hour first time spring clean and not one surface or corner was overlooked. Clem and his crew cleaned walls, baseboards, floors, sills, objects, ceilings, inside oven , cabinets, behind furniture and of course the usual suspects - kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors. Clem will bring everything including vacuum, mop, cleaning products, but will use anything you provide (which I preferred diff products etc., in some instances). So if you're looking for a reliable, friendly and great cleaner look no further!

Alex came by and worked out the stain quickly and efficiently, providing a warning that there was a small chance that there could be yellowing based on the cleaner and the fact that it was a wool carpet. He also, for the same minimum fee, cleaned a number of other areas in our home. He was terrific and I will use his services any time I need carpet cleaning and will recommend him to all my friends! I gave them a Kudo last year and had no qualms in asking them back. I hit the lottery once again. Mary had booked me and showed up with Greg and thru the front door they came doing all those things they do to protect the home as they proceeded up stairs. 3 full bedrooms, a set of stairs from first to second floor and of course the upstairs hallway. It is a LOT of square footage. On top of the size of the job we threw an older berber type wall to wall rug at Greg and Mary, not the easiest to clean at all. They dug right into the job at hand which just happened to be the one day in the past two weeks where outside humidity and temperatures were high. Mother natures last swing at anyone who has to do the heavy labor. I was amazed at the pace they maintained in pushing and pulling the equipment upstairs. Truly this was not an easy task. In no time at all they came down the staircase cleaning every inch of the most heavily travelled rugged flooring in the house. It was an absolute pleasure to experience the completeness of Chem-Dry and of course that was due directly to the hard work of Greg and Mary. There is nothing like a clean rug to make your home pop and our was perfect. I won't publish the price here however, in comparison to the big yellow truck folks, Chem-Dry is a fantastic value. I would not be the least bit hesitant in asking them back again next year. Fantastic job completed without a flaw and of course two great people who are Chem-Dry. Thank you Greg and Mary!

While the staff later claimed his refusal was due to a past injury, there was absolutely no excuse for that type of behavior--especially since I told them I was willing to accommodate the shoes-on policy once they explained it. The technician did return to my door to apologize a few minutes later, but the initial level of rudeness was a total dealbreaker. I did not feel comfortable moving forward with the service.
