They work very closely with insurance, and nowhere in their information pamphlet does it say we believe in treating our customer with respect and dignity, or we believe customer service is top priority , or something along those lines.They will however give you attitude and will make every excuse in telling you why they are right and you are not. It reflects the type of business and the direction of this company. The only time they mention anything about the customer is when they find out what your insurance will allow or before any work can begin payment is required in full. That's when they pay attention to you. Greedy people" gimme gimme my money", how pathetic. This is how you've built your business. Does your business reputation require you to call your clients out on their honesty and integrity, after all we were referred to you and all we wanted was a quote for extra work which we got only after you brought my wife to tears. A truly sweet person who would do almost anything for anyone, well we would like to thank you for making our lives miserable and sullying our character. Proving once again that there are not nice people in the service industry. All I can say is customer beware.
