Imperial employee picked out several samples and explained the pro/cons of each. When we narrowed our selection down to three flooring types they sent us home with large samples to lay on our floor to compare and choose which one we liked best. The bathroom and laundry tile we picked was quite heavy and thick and we were not sure the floor could hold it. Imperial employee had us place a glass of water on the current floor and jump up and down to see if the water sloshed in the glass. It did not, so he came out to inspect the floor to make sure we had the proper support. We did and apparently the water glass trick indicates you probably have good support if the water does not move during vibration. They came and inspected anyway. The installers did a fabulous job and asked great questions. I love the reclaimed saw marks in the wood. I also like having wood and not a composite becauseI know that it will last. The installers gave a very slight gap under the trim for shrink/swell and we have had no buckling issues 2 years later. All of the trim work was done by another contractor that Imperial arranged for us as well as a plumber. The flooring by Imperial removed and replaced the cabinetry trim. The plumber was not very bright but the young apprentice with him was! The plumber said the flooring was too thick and the dishwasher would not fit back in. The young man pulled the dishwasher out and lowered the feet in the dishwasher and slid it in perfectly! The crews were clean and there was never any trash or material messes.

We purchased tile for three rooms in our new home from Imperial Floors, and had them perform the…read moreinstallation. The tile purchase experience was fine, and the staff very helpful. However, the company did not stand behind their installation work. Water from one of our showers would routinely leak out of the shower and on to the surrounding tile floor. Not being contractors, we assumed the issue had to do with the shower doors. We had our contractor out to review the situation, and discovered that when the tile was installed, the installer did not prepare the underlying surface correctly, and there was a high area in the middle of the shower that directed water to the outside of the shower, rather than to the drain. Imperial Floors refused to even look at the issue, stating we were outside of the warranty period. Clearly, this was an installation issue as was confirmed by our contractor. Our contractor was forced to remove the shower tile floor, and the underlying high spot, and have a different tile installer complete the installation. If Imperial Floors would have come to look at the issue it would have been clear, however the owner of Imperial Floors refused. This represents a complete lack of customer care. We would not use Imperial Floors again.

This company installed engineered hardwood in our townhouse in stages over the last 10 years. When…read morewe moved into a manufactured home in November 2025, we needed to replace the carpet but could no longer afford hardwood. Because we trusted this business, we decided to see if we had other, less expensive options. Kurt and Julie helped us find a quality laminate that didn't break our budget and brightened up the home beautifully. It's easy for us senior citizens to keep clean, too. A special bow of appreciation to Mitch, who did a terrific job on the new baseboards -- he painstakingly fine-tuned the places where new baseboards met old -- and was a true pleasure to have around. Even our dog liked him! If you want the job done right, these are the folks to contact.

They were very friendly, worked quickly, and explained everything to us. We got an estimate a few days later and agreed to have New Dimension do the work. We approved the contract and paid the deposit and they ordered the wood. We ordered Brazilian cherry solid hardwood that we wanted finished in place. We wanted it to match the existing wood that part of the house had and they got it pretty close! They started work on October 8th and were completely done with the floors the 20th. We ended up having them replace the baseboards too because we wanted something that looked nicer, so we got another estimate for that and they got to work. Brandon was the main guy doing our floors. He was very nice and honest and communicated with me regularly to let me know how everything was progressing. We got the existing floors refinished at his recommendation and they look amazing, so much better than when we bought the house! There was a small issue with the first round of sealing the existing floors and Brandon let me know immediately and fixed it for us, which did push our move-in date a few days but ultimately wasn't a problem. He also gave us a recommendation for which product to use to keep our floors clean and in good condition which I'm thankful for. Mitch took care of our baseboards and was super nice. He worked on his own and was very efficient, fixing things as he found them and asking me questions when needed. We were living in the house by the time he got started but we just stayed out of his way and made sure he had what he needed. He was very friendly and helpful and we loved having him around. Overall we had a fantastic experience with New Dimension. Julie was super nice and called me to update me regularly, and their employees were all great. They're coming back in January to replace the carpet with wood on our stairs and we are looking forward to it. We highly recommend going with New Dimension if you are looking for a flooring or baseboard upgrade!

On day of measurement had to call them when they weren't there and was told that they were looking at the wrong day on the schedule (they did come an hour late). Paid quote in full to get the install booked. Then had to track them down again to get on the schedule. We had no intention of including removal of our old floor, but Kevin asked if we would like them to rip out the old floor, so we said that would be great. Somebody else showed up to do the install (Nick?) and he refused to pull the old flooring, called and told me I had to take it down to a lab and have it tested for asbestos, then call them back and reschedule. Again - they offered to remove it, otherwise it would have already been up and ready for them when they showed up. Now Lumber Liquidators wants to send somebody else out, but because of these yahoo's we need to have our house inspected and certified free of asbestos - AGAIN THEY OFFERED TO REMOVE OR THIS NEVER WOULD HAVE BEEN AN ISSUE. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - now we have to reschedule our contractor, our electrician, and our plumber who were all set to show up the rest of the week - Thanks PNW for taking forever to get out here and then leaving the job-site and adding another month to our remodel if we are lucky enough to get everything rescheduled.
