I called at 2 in the afternoon. I will spare you the gory details , but 10 days and $14,000 later, the had torn up my dry wall in 2 room, cabinets and baseboards, ruined my countertops which all now need to be replaced and-NEVER CLEANED KITCHEN CLEANOUT, NOR LOOKED FOR LEAK! I hired a plumber after they left, who found the leak in 10 minutes, and had it repaired to minutes after that. Best part? Adjuster came, saw the small-still existing leak, and all the damage done by Roto-Rooter, denied the claim. They claimed I needed water remediation, mold remediation, Lead testing, asbestos testing, and although no lead or asbestos was found, charged for remediation of those, too. The mold found was tiny, they apparently have connections with the testing companies, they double charged for some things. They charged extra for nights and weekends, although there was no emergency. They saw me coming, I guess, and I trusted this known name. They business is model is deceptive, there charges were fraudulent, and although I probably could have won a lawsuit (on the billables alone, there are alit of shady, if not illegal things. But they wore me out. I paid it. But YOU DON'T HAVE TO. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON. (I very rarely leave bad reviews. But they were so egregiously bad that I wanted to warn as many people as possible. ​ i would like to amend this review to make it worse, because not only did they do all of this, but today I just found out that despite paying them in full, which I only did, because my mental health was suffering, they still filed a lien against my property. A full five days after I paid in full. In the comments below is pretty funny that they couldn't find me in their records since I have about twenty letters from them.But I will be contacting her in person. Of course.When you do try to call them, they don't ever answer.Unless you owe them money it will be interesting to see if this woman ever gets back to me.

Let me save you the trouble of doing all that research - Phil White Painting is highly experienced. They are perfectionists, excellent communicators, organize the job very well, and go the extra mile to please the customer. They know their paint and made recommendations about product level and brand that in their experience, works best in the central Florida climate. Attention to detail is everything in painting. For example, they did a superb job navigating the line between the stucco soffits (dark brown) and the body color (creamy white) - the stucco texture on both surface required extra focus and precision, and the line is perfect all the way around the house. They also did, at no extra charge, some selected stucco patching to hide a previous repair line and minor flaws, and used two, and in some spots, three coats of paint to ensure a seamless, flawless finish. Throughout the job, they communicated frequently, confirmed our wishes, and the entire crew was friendly and helpful. We did a complete walkthrough upon completion, and we were extremely happy with the finished result! Let me not forget to mention that the price was fair and reasonable. So just call them, and leave your worry at the door. I will be reaching out to Phil white Painting again in the future for interior painting and paver cleaning and sealing. Our dogs went to their kennels as they always did. When we returned home, two hours later we opened the door to a house completely filled with smoke. We had an electrical fire which resulted in the loss of most of our personal belongings and our two beautiful dogs, leaving our beautiful "dream house" in shambles. I tell you all of this because I want it known that your company did so much more then providing property repair. My wife and I found ourselves lost and overwhelmed. I truly had no idea what to do. A couple of days after the fire I had found a flyer from your company on the door of the house. I subsequently met with Chris Barnett who not only outlined what your company could provide, he showed compassion, understanding and patience.
