I am selective about who I have in an out of my home . Alex has always been extremely respectful, he always calls prior to his arrival. He is very personable and he's most importantly one of the hardest workers I've met. He's very knowledgeable regarding carpet cleaning. I have a dog who is not perfect and a very thick carpet that is white. He constantly makes my carpet look almost brand new. I have him clean it twice a year and it is always a pleasure when he's here. He's never rushed and always thorough. I would give Alex and his cleaning abilities a 15 out of 10!! I can guarantee you won't use another carpet cleaner after Alex comes to your home. The only regret you'll have is that you didn't find him sooner!! Oh his prices are reasonable also!
