Originally I would give this service 2*. They were late, rushed the job and left with subpar results. After leaving a message checking about my service, we arranged fir them to return to deal with the lack luster results. Late again but making some headway I will give them 3*s for making the effort to follow thru. 2/3 problem areas were resolved, timeliness was not. If you have time to spare and are patient enough to go round two, or if you manage to get Gavin (whom so many previous reviewers gush about) I'd recommend this business. read more

I used Gavin with Carpet Care Cleaners to clean the carpets on the house we just purchased. He has online scheduling which made it easy to book the date. He arrived on time and did a great job cleaning our carpets. He spent time beforehand walking through and looking for pet stains with a UV light, which I really appreciated. He also gave me some free advice on dealing with a slight odor in the basement, and also pest control around the perimeter of our home. I would definitely use them again in the future! read more

I'm sure Gavin is as wonderful as all the other reviewers claim, so if you're going to get your carpets cleaned make sure he's the one doing it. Someone from his business came to clean our carpets and left them totally saturated. 6 hours later with our fans going they were still so soaking wet couldn't even walk on them. When I texted Gavin's number he said he was on vacation and this guy was filling in for him. He offered to have the guy come back with fans and try to get more water up but we didn't want him near our carpets again. The thing that really irks me is that I had to leave right when he got there but I was coming back in an hour. I asked if I could send payment if I didn't make it back before he left and he said no but I could pay before he started. Ok...fine. He hands me the ipad to run my credit card and there's a tip line. Very awkward- tipping before he's started the job but I went ahead and tipped. Coming home to soaking wet carpets after that was infuriating. read more

I am on the board for a building with public meeting space. The lobby of our building is carpeted and has very high foot traffic. The carpets were getting to a point where we thought they needed to be replaced. I had Carpet Care Cleaners look at them to see if they thought they could be cleaned. They told us that they were a commercial grade carpet and should be recoverable, and that it was just that the rental cleaners we were using weren't powerful enough. So we had the carpets cleaned and it made a huge difference. For the most part they looked as good as new. There were a couple of stubborn spots that Carpet Care Cleaners wasn't happy with the result, and they came back and made it right. Very, very happy with them. Pro: easy to schedule. Arrived punctually, courteous. Con: Did not vacuum prior to cleaning, albeit, this may not be necessary with his system. VERY FEW dirt marks and stains were removed. Two actually seem more noticeable. I was totally disappointed with the cleaning results. follow up i posted this review in the evening. First thing the next morning, Gavin called to follow up. He is willing to do what it takes to make us happier with our experience. i appreciate his customer service and that he called us. I asked these folks to come clean the carpets in a home I was preparing to sell. I called and made an appointment for a Saturday at 10am. The gentleman showed up exactly on time, and was extremely professional and I felt comfortable leaving him alone in my home. We walked through the house and I pointed out a few areas of concern (some coffee stains, etc) and he inquired about what it was, etc and told me he'd do his best to get them out. He acknowledged the estimate I received over the phone was accurate and that they would honor it. I left for another engagement and received a call about an hour and half later that he was all done and everything came out great. I stopped by the house later in the day and found perfectly clean carpets that were groomed to look new. The whole house smelled clean and fresh.
