When I gave him the perameters of the work, he completely understood and suggested ways I could save money on the project. When he didn't call to make an appointment with my tenant, I contacted him, left messages by phone and email, and he acted as though we had never talked, changed the parameters of the work to something entirely different that I didn't want done, finally gave me an outrageous figure which didn't include what I had asked to be done. It was evident that he had a change of mind on doing the work, and I told him that I would have appreciated hearing his concerns and the truth. I will not contact him again in the future for any more work. He isn't the trustworthy business person I thought he was.
