We recently had to evict a renter from our duplex and although they didn't take the time to clean prior to leaving, they did take time to destroy the place. I thought we were going to have to replace all the carpets. There were large orange (possibly Kool-Aid) stains as well as a huge glob of melted blue candle wax that had become part of the carpet itself. Jason showed up exactly on time and was not shocked when I showed him the gear grease I had inadvertently tracked down the hall. Instead he said, it really helps to know the cause of the stain.
