We was dependable about showing up when he said they would, and his crew worked hard and cleaned up after the project at the end of each day. I'd highly recommend Juan and Acosta Pla stering

They "attempted" to fix these issues and made it much worse - they used a 3" brush to try and paint over the issues and guess what we see now? Yep, paint brush streaks everywhere. On top of the myriad defects, overruns, scuffs, the paint is falling off and chipping all over the place. They left the glass panes with paint still on it due to really bad preparation, which I had to clean myself with a razor blade. They painted over the "under the counter" lighting and didn't remove them. Also, when they removed the masking tape covering the areas not being painted, they pulled off the adjacent wall paint and didn't bother to fix it. But the thing that ticked me off the most is they DID NOT USE FURNITURE SLIDERS to move the oven and refrigerator and scratched the brand new luxury vinyl. I see these deep unfixable scratches everyday and it drives me nuts. I can go on and on.. I cannot believe a company like this claims to be professional. The person fielding the emails was extremely defensive and unapologetic, even with the 40+ photos of the horrible job. I'm sure the Father did great work before he retired, but if you love your kitchen DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH IT. The kitchen has to be re-done and are contemplating action of the legal kind

I thought I was hiring a small family owned company but the men who actually painted the house did not include any of the people I met while bidding the job. We were getting on the waiting list. One of his painters has been with him for 26 years! They are meticulous when it comes to fixing all the cracks, peeling, and also rust on wrought iron fencing. They even take pictures to make sure all your backyard furniture is put back where it belongs! The block wall in our backyard separated vertically along the grout line due to tree roots, and they patched it for us. We originally wanted a flat sheen on the house, and Alex recommended a satin sheen, which we were iffy about, so we compromised and ended up using the eggshell, which turned out beautifully. Don't be afraid to try it. It will take the appearance of your home up a notch. You don't pay a cent until the work is completed to your satisfaction, and I was surprised to see so few reviews on Yelp, but he deserves 5 stars from us!

I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to Chris Reynolds and JDM Painting, LLC…read more Ten years ago, Chris and his team painted our home, and the work was so outstanding that the house honestly didn't need painting again this soon. But after living with the same desert brown for a decade, I was ready for a fresh look and wanted to stay ahead of our HOA's 10-year painting requirement. Reaching back out to Chris felt like the most natural decision in the world. I'm so grateful he's still in business, because I truly wouldn't trust anyone else with our home. We had both the exterior and interior painted, and the results are beautiful. Having worked as an HOA manager for years and seen countless contractors, I can say with complete confidence that Chris Reynolds and JDM Painting stand in a league of their own. There's never any concern about watered-down paint or shortcuts--just honest, high-quality workmanship using premium materials. What truly sets Chris apart, though, is the kind of man he is. He's one of the kindest, most humble, and genuinely decent people you'll ever meet. He's honest, fair, and completely transparent from the very first conversation. You can see his character in how he treats his crew--like family. They clearly respect and care about him, and it shows in their work. Angel and his team were an absolute pleasure. They were respectful, courteous, and meticulous. They treated our home as if it were their own and constantly checked in to make sure we were happy with everything. They genuinely cared about doing the job right. It never felt like we had just a painting crew at our house--it felt like we had friends doing us a favor. Chris isn't flashy or pushy, and he doesn't have a big internet presence (yet--his son is helping with that). That's exactly why I'm writing this review and sharing it everywhere I can. The world needs to know about honest, hardworking professionals who still take real pride in what they do. If your HOA is sending you those dreaded notices, or if you're simply ready for a beautiful update, do yourself a favor and call Chris Reynolds at JDM Painting, LLC. You'll be so glad you did. Contact: (480) 258-4703 | Chris@jdmpaintingaz.com For full transparency: Chris and I are not personal friends. We hadn't spoken in the ten years since he last painted our home. The quality and integrity of his work are simply that good.
