It was a smaller job but he still took it and showed up much quicker than expected (just a few days) worked on a Saturday morning quickly to knock out the job with great attention to detail. I live in a condo project, the stucco looks horrible. They did the worst job. It looks patchy and we have the thinnest layer of stucco it is chipping everywhere. They got all over our windows. read more

Initially work looked great, was done in a timely fashion at a great price. Juan was initially very responsive with questions and concerns. But despite several requests for a receipt/official invoice, Juan will still not provide one. We've also noticed some cracking and peeling in the stucco in less than a year. We were told this could happen but that the work was guaranteed for 2 years and he would come repair it. Juan will not respond to our calls to come repair his work. We are now bringing in other companies for quotes. DO NOT hire this guy, it's not worth the money you will save. We are going to pay more for repairs than what we saved using him. read more
