My experience with Envision was fantastic. Bruce was very responsive and he came out with Tyler to give an estimate. My mother passed away and was getting the house ready to list on the market. They gave a reasonable quote, and I decided to add on doing the cabinets, which I thought was a very fair price. Julio and his team did a fabulous job, the paint job was professional, the cabinets were painted white and made all the difference in the bathrooms without doing a full remodel. I would definitely use them again. I hadn't planned on financing the job, but that was a nice surprise with 0% interest options, so I took advantage of that as well. We've had such positive experiences with Envision we hired them again to paint our home exterior and stain a pergola we purchased. They responded to our request quickly with a reasonable estimate. This company deserves 0 stars, and I don't usually write poor reviews but this is bad. Really bad. I called last week to get an estimate to paint the interior of a 1600 sq ft house. Josh showed up as expected and on time, completed the inspection and sent over the proposal the following evening. I was surprised at the high amount given there was also a "special" in the website which included far more services than what was offered in the proposal: full interior paint: deep cleaning, carpet and tile cleaning, garage floor epoxy, power wash house, Driveway and patios for $4,999. I called the business and spoke to a gal who verified that the full paint includes ceiling, walls, closets, doors and trim. I asked her to have Josh give me a call. He said he would rework the proposal and wanted access to the home again and that there would be a $75 up charge for an additional color. I gave access and advised I didn't need the carpet/tile cleaned and maybe we could also paint the garage in lieu of the floor cleaning. He said he would check. Josh then came back and said there can only be a single color for ceiling, walls and doors/trim with no upgrade option and offered to do a separate proposal. This is not what we discussed nor is it indicates in the ad online. I suggested this feels like bait and switch and Josh apologized said he can see why. He then offered to check again and to get back to me. I texted him with what I'm looking to do which is all that the special listed but having the wall color slightly darker and a different sheen. He sent me a proposal which met our original understanding of $75 up charge to change a color. I asked how quickly it can be done if I accept today or tomorrow: his response "Ok, that does not include garage painting. If you wanted a quote for that there would be additional charges. As far as scheduling. Once you accept, Kimberley will reach out to coordinate with cleaning companies and once she gets dates from them she can reach out to you." THEN I get another call from Josh advising the bid is not valid and they cannot honor it. That he would have to do a new proposal and use a $75 up charge for each "accent" wall. Again, this is not what was discussed, nor what is in the bid in writing. It has been a full week since I requested the bid with this constant back and forth and now telling me they cannot honor a bid they prepared. Unprofessional to say the least. I asked for the owner name and was told I have to get it from Kimberly. Don't waste your time and don't trust anything anyone tells you OR puts in writing. In response to Pete's reply, no, you are mistaken. I did not try to change anything. You changed the requirements, even after you gave me a written proposal to make it impossible and unlikely for anyone to take advantage of the deal. I would like to know how many of these "packages" have actually sold? I suggest you might engage a disgruntled customer and find out the issue prior to sending a "new" employee to recant on a proposal. It's really not your place to comment here since you have not taken a moment to understand what's going on. read more

Envision is truly a blessing and top notch. We could not be happier with the service and outcomes we received - from our beautiful home to the products to most importantly the people at Envision. Things start with Kimberly, the office manager. In today's world the words "service" and "caring about customer" seem to mean very little. However, Kimberly is the example of what the words meant and mean. Kimberly was super responsive from day one, always returning phone calls, emails, and texts very promptly. Kimberly always had, or could get us, the answers and information we needed, including connecting us with Josh the appraiser to review the project and make sure we knew exactly what would be done. Kimberly and Envision didn't stop even when it came to having to wait for HOA Approval, being there with us through every step. Once HOA Approval was had, there was zero delay on Envision's part. Kimberly got the ball rolling and introduced us to Jesus. Jesus, and his amazing crew, were out the next day right on time (well, actually, about 20 minutes early) and got started without any waiting on us. Jesus and his crew were super, super friendly and caring. Things happened so quickly that we didn't have time to move things. Jesus (and crew) said "no problem" and moved everything - in a very caring way. That caring carried over into their work. We REALLY appreciated their attention to detail. They paid special attention to all stages. The prep wasn't just "a couple of hours and we will have it slapped up." They took their time and made sure everything was ready for paint. Then, when they painted, you could tell that everyone on the crew cared about detail. This was NOT "let's just slap it on and get to the next house." Cleanup was the same - very caring and thorough. When we were done, Jesus invited us to walk the house. We found some things we wanted changed just a hair (example - the old pop-out color didn't continue all the way back - but would look much better if it did). Jesus didn't blink an eye in getting the crew to fix that and help us decide how to make some funny stucco lines (not them - just the way our house was) look straight - which he and they did - making the house look amazing. Amazing, sincerely, is the best way to wrap this up. Everyone at Envision was amazing, and our beloved house is now simply that - amazing. Thank you, Envision! read more

We had to have several rooms painted after a flood in our house. Richard came out checked out the job and then sent out a crew from Envision painting and roofing came out. I couldn't believe how many came in to paint. The. Crew was run by Sonia who was fantastic. When they were all done she had me go thru with her and make sure I was happy with the job. She took pictures of every room. We will be using them in the future to paint the outside of the house. read more

I had a painting project and made a video of the scope of the work and sent it as a text over to Envision Painting. I received the follow response: "Thank You for contacting Envision Painting! We will review your project and reach out within 24 business hours via e-mail or phone call. This text-line is not live monitored. Want to contact us? Call us at 480-535-6625 or e-mail us at: admin@envisionpainting.com. " I did not receive a response. I waited one week, then I called the number provided in the text. I spoke with Envision's representative and I was told that they were working on my bid and that they would get back to me. They never did. Not sure for the reason for this. Either they didn't want the work or they have internal communication issues. Regardless of the reason, I'm thankful this company dud not do the project considering how they handle customer service. read more

Overall, I was happy with the finished product. It started off with the foreman calling the morning of 30 minutes at the end of the provided time frame that he couldn't make it to the walk through because his crew (not his truck) was broken down. I had taken off work to meet for the walk through and then found out he wasn't going to be there. I asked why he wasn't able to be there for the walk through since HIS truck was not broken down and found out he was actually double booked and was the reason he was unable to do the walk through. The crew did show up later that day and did power wash the house but did miss some areas. I did a walk through with the foreman the next morning but there were no notes or pictures taken of the walk through that led to miscommunication issues with him and the crew. I ended up taking a couple extra days off because each day I found things that needed addressed (missed power washed areas, didn't pull ground away from foundation in multiple areas, painted areas the wrong color, etc.). I ended up communicating with Eddie who was the lead of the crew because it was more successful in getting closer to the completed project. After the first day, the crew did show up on time and worked hard. I would encourage the foreman to take notes and pictures of all of the areas of interest. Make sure you do a thorough walk through because the top side of pop outs or areas that were taped might need touched up. It's better to take time to look for areas that need touched up than to find them later and have to do it yourself. read more

They had an efficient process for the very reasonable estimate, and everything was transparent. They were patient and helpful as we selected colors and options. Tyler was great, came out twice for two separate quotes and gave us a 10K quote for a job we were eager to start this week. We then worked with the scheduling team asked for a few modifications on the invoice before paying as they were missing critical information about the scope of the project and we wanted to make sure that the addition of trim and doors was captured in the work scope. After this request, we received some push back from her and unprofessional emails that have led us to discontinue with this company. Only sharing because I think this was a fair ask as a customer, simply requesting the invoice remove the confusing language that trim and doors weren't included when they were after we agreed on the second quote. 10k is obviously not a big deal to this company as they were happy to suggest "I find another company to work with," but this is a lot of money for your customers and I think this unprofessionalism could deter more people in the future. read more

We've used Envision for several years now and for quite a few projects at different houses, both interior and exterior. They always do a fantastic job. Kimberly and Bruce are awesome to work with and Allen, who's been our project manager a couple times now, is also great, as are all the guys. We're currently in the middle of a project with them right now, but the most recent one involved them retexturing and painting our outdoor brick walls. I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic the walls look! We've also gotten a ton of compliments about the exterior paint job. I also want to give them a ton of credit because we did have a couple rooms that needed a little more touching up / drywall patches and they took full accountability and were on top of getting those done. The workers were very professional and came back to fix a couple minor mistakes I noticed after they left. I had the exterior of my house painted the week of 11/16, the process took 3 days and the job exceeded my expectations. Each day I met with Julio and his crew (Zach and Luis) and Julio explained the plan for the day. At the end of the final day, Julio and his crew cleaned up then we did the final inspection. During the final inspection, Luis told Julio that he needed to touch up a section of the Fascia but I did not see any where that needed touch up. Luis then pointed out the section which was so small that it was only obvious after he pointed it out. That kind of attention to detail and the job exceeding my expectations is why I recommend Envision Painting. read more

Angel and Julio and their crew just finished painting the outside of my home with a new color and trim. First I have to say I met with Bruce to go over the cost of my home. He was very pleasant and very professional. He was available to me by call or text as I went through the arduous HOA process. Next I was in contact with Kimberley. I have never met a more pleasant woman. I had so trials preparing for the paint job as well as some anxiety about colors and time frame (had to be finished by 12/21/2018. Due to unforeseen delays my house was scheduled to be painted on 12/20/2018 and finished the next day. I thought that would be difficult to do. On Thursday 12/20/2018 a crew came to my home. They were professional, courteous, and QUICK!! The house was power washed first and all of it dried except the screened in porch. All my sunscreens were covered, screened in porch screens were covered, air conditioner covered anything that wasn't to be painted was covered, all the repairs to the stucco were taken care of and the crew was finished (except for screened in porch) by 4:00! The next day the screened in porch was dry and Angel came back and finished the rest of the job. My house looks beautiful right down to my doors and security doors!! If you need a crew Julio and angel are your guys. A big thank you to Kimberley who took many calls from me and was patient, helpful, and by the end she was a friend. My previous review was written during the middle of a project and to be fair, I'm providing an update. In response to the paint on the couch issue, Kenny did step up to try and make amends. The painting crew tried (unsuccessfully) to clean the paint. When that didn't work, Kenny/Envision purchased a slip cover of our choosing. I certainly appreciate the effort to fix this issue. I still hold true that I will not use this organization again. When we did the final walk through with Kenny we observed paint spots on doors, baseboards and a banister all of which were not painted as part of this project as well as a broken light switch cover. Kenny did offer to send a crew over to fix these issues. I decline and indicated my level of frustration. I'll fix what needs fixing. This project did not go smoothly and we were not satisfied with the quality of the product. To his credit, Kenny did offer and attempt to address the issues, which I appreciate. However, I would have appreciated receiving a quality product and level of service from the start. read more

From the beginning of the process with Bruce coming over for the estimate to getting the acceptance call and getting everything arranged thru Kimberley in the office to the SUPERSTAR team of techs Justin, Bobby, and Nicole, everyone was very professional with great communication to insure everyone was on the same page to insure a quality job to exceed the customer's expectations. When I was living in El Mirage, AZ a few years ago, we had Envision Painting re-paint our home which was a foreclosure. Our walls were all either spray-painted on or in terrible condition. They did a FANTASTIC job. We happened to get a good deal at the time which is why we chose them and I'm not too sure how their prices fare now, but for the quality of work they did - they made our house look brand new and we were able to sell for almost 40% more than we paid for the house. Justin and Brent did an incredible job! They started by putting down a tarp to protect my white carpet, patched a crack in the bathroom ceiling, took off the outlet covers and towel bars, and then painstaking went through every detail. I am a perfectionist and the job exceeded my standards. My old house looks beautiful and clean and new! They were also neat and thoughtful throughout the time they were here. Envision Painting was different from the rest from the very start. Kenny answered my call and what questions he could over the phone, but said he'd need to come take a look before he gave me a true quote. When he got to the house he was very professional and even made some great suggestions that I had never thought about as we did a walk through of the place. He then went to his vehicle and made up a quote for me. With a company that does painting the right way (as he explained when we were doing the walk through) I expected the price to be at least a few hundred dollars over what I had been quoted from two other companies (which were lacking in tact and professionalism). However, to my surprise, the quote was actually $20 less than what one of the other companies was charging - so I went ahead and scheduled the painting for the following week. When the painters arrived they were also very kind and courteous. They went through the house with me to make sure that everything was right and I hadn't changed my mind on any of the walls to be painted. I then left for work and felt 100% secure leaving them there unattended. When I returned they were almost finished and the place looked amazing. The edges were nicely done on the accent walls and paint was not splattered about everywhere. I would DEFINITELY recommend Envision Painting to anyone. Painter mistakenly didn't color match our ceilings causing us to have to repaint other ceilings throughout the house to match to new color. Expense was paid by us. Too many forms of communication and people you have to work with. They text, call and email and it is very confusing. When painters arrived to begin they never rang the doorbell so we didn't know they were even there. We got a nasty gram email stating if they don't begin today we will be invoices $300. YIKES. Not used to such awful customer service. Owners don't seem to have any interest in making our experience better. Owners blame the customer rather than taking responsibility for a failed project. Hey that's life it happens and as a company you should recognize that you're going to have mishaps. Rather than blame your customers you should own it. From word of mouth we heard envision was awesome. We didn't price any painters in the valley we took everyone's word for it that envision was the way to go. Our mistake read more

I would NEVER recommend these people. Dealing with this company was a hassle at best. The painters scratched our wood floor, they tracked mud in and out of the house all over our newly installed paver walkway when they were working on the ceiling. In the entryway they left drops of paint and even sprayed paint all over our shoes and clothes we had in the closet. There were many places where the prep-work was very poor and unprofessional. It took us two weeks to get the majority of the problems corrected. Basically what they did was a very unprofessional job. It was very sloppy. The "team" of painters consistently showed up at LEAST one hour late every day they were scheduled to work. One day I had a friend babysit the house for me while I was at work and they reported that they took a 3 hour lunch. It seemed that it was more important to stretch out the job instead of making timely progress. The only person who could troubled with fixing the problems and not making more was Kenny. On their website they just have good reviews that is why we trusted them. I will never contact this company ever again and never recommend to anyone to ever use them. Buyer beware! The only comfort I suppose I could have is the owner claims that he let the painting crew go that did the work I paid them for on my house (who knows if it's true). I shouldn't have to hope that I get a good crew when expecting to deal with a "professional" company. They should do their job as they claim they can do it. read more

I had envision painting paint 6 rooms in my new house and they did an excellent job!!! They were very professional, clean, repsonsible, trustworthy and quick. The price was fair and the cut lines look great. Clean up was all taken care of when I walked through the property and everything was completed as promised. They repainted my master closet and did a fantastic job caulking all the cracks, repaired a lifting shelf and repainted the shelves and baseboards. It looks brand new.
