Please take you insecurities and vent somewhere else. These pictures are meant to be silly and fun. If you want a formal portrait go to a photo studio. Some people just lack common since. I purchased a deal from Living Social and I could not be more pleased with the service and results. Brent and his team went out of their way to be accommodating (they even set up two hours ahead of time with no additional fee so that my guests wouldn't see them setting-up during cocktail hour). Our friends and family all raved that the photo booth was one of the highlights of the wedding. The staff was so friendly and professional. They even made sure to track down my husband and me towards the end of the evening to remind us to get in the photo booth. They provided us with props, unlimited pictures, a scrapbook and a digital CD of all the images. The scrapbook was such an added bonus! I would also recommend using an actual photo booth over any other type of set-up. The booth is just large enough so that you can squeeze 8 or 9 people in for a hilarious picture. Overall, if you choose to use Foto Cabana you will not be disappointed!!!

I was born the middle child, so naturally, I'm prone to have some redheaded stepchild issues with…read moremy family...I'm always the last to be told everything, always pushed to the sidelines so that my older and younger siblings can shine, people "forgetting" to invite me to things, etc, etc. With that said, it's safe to say that I really don't need these issues to rear it's ugly head in my non-family life too...but alas, Foto Cabina was able to do just that - exploiting my insecurities... I recently went to a friend's wedding, where Foto Cabina was providing their photobooth services. Since this wedding was practically a mini high school reunion, we all were buzzing around that booth, trying to get as many little photo momentos as we could. We swarmed the booth and raided their props area like the FBI on that Megaupload dude's house! My middle child insecurities began to flare up when I was invited to take a group pic with 3 other friends and one of their babies. I was super excited when asked to join the pic bcs when you're the forgotten middle child, being invited to something or to be remembered at all just means that much more to you than it probably would to the average person. We all got fancied up with the props provided and hopped into the booth, taking some pretty darn precious pics...or so we thought! When we came out of the booth, and they handed us the pics, we all had our best WTF faces on. Inside the booth, the monitor showed us all fitting into frame perfectly. However, when we got the pics, it looked as though I was never in the booth to begin with! Some friends on the opposite side of the pics were also cut off completely. Correct me if I'm mistaken but shouldn't the photo display show you what the picture will look like and not a before pic of what your pic looked like before they decided to chop you out of the pic? If we had known some ppl were going to be cut off, we would've tried harder to squeeze in the frame (if that were even possible) and have everyone sitting tighter on each other's laps. After a few more pics with other friends, it was clear that 10 people fitting into the booth was quite the exaggeration, unless by people, they meant VS models or little Vietnamese coffee shop girls. The biggest group of clowns we managed to shove into that clown car was 6, and even then, not everyone was able to get into the pic :( They say their booths are the widest in the industry and allows up to 10 people, but it's one thing to be able to fit a bunch of people in a booth, and it's another to actually be able to capture all those ppl in the pic. With that said, I was brought to a sad and depressing place by this booth. These pics are supposed to bring joy to the guest, but all this did was bring up some deep rooted insecurities for me. I've already been cut out of enough things in my life...I don't need to be cut out of group photos too! Note to potential renters of Foto Cabina booths, make sure you have them instruct your guests on the best places to look and stand before taking a photo. Otherwise, you'll have some disgruntled guest like me when they find out they were cut out of the cute group pic you guys all took together :( **Seriously, I wasn't THAT depressed...but come on! I have quite a cute mug, so who wouldn't be upset that I was cut out of their pic? ;p **

When we were initially shopping for our wedding videographers, we had visited a few before meeting Cloud9 and weren't completely sold on any of them. However, from the moment we met them, we almost immediately knew we wanted them for our special day. They are more than accommodating and their response time, and all communication throughout the whole process was amazing. For the day of our wedding, they were more than prepared and has a lot of interesting shots they did for our video. It was raining for our wedding and they definitely knew what to do and how to get the perfect shots despite the weather. Vinney was recommended by a mutual friend for my wedding. This is more about his videography skills…read morethan the photography. About a month before our wedding date the videographer we had booked almost a year in advance decided that he was going to cancel on us for personal reasons. I asked our photographer if he had any recommendations and asked my friend in the music industry if he had any friends that we would even consider flying in. Our friend told us Vinney has some background in Videography. On his site he had more engagements than weddings I think but I liked what I saw and with about a month away I was willing to take anyone whose content looked good. The introduction was over a phone call. He asked a few questions, we asked a few questions--also knowing we were willing to fly him from SoCal and pay for his room. He sent us the proposal and contract. Vinney's communication is superb! It was very nice and he was easy to work with. He already had a pretty easy electronic payment process. Oh and the video product itself... AH-MAZING! He recommended pouring glasses of wine and sitting and watching it together, just me and my husband. Early on in the planning I asked if he could incorporate my friend's saxophone playing into the video. I had no idea when he would get it to start playing and just let him do his magic. He started the video with (I think) pretty generic music that goes with the frames. Vinney's magic came when he used the Matron of Honor's speech where she started to talk about how kind and caring my husband is and THAT was when you could hear my friend playing You'll Be in My Heart. I lost it at that moment. Like it was so epically good that the waterworks started! We've showed our family and a few friends and they rave about how well done it is. Vinney is VERY talented with his videography. His style is fun, smooth and matched our personalities. I would recommend his videography any day.

On the day he was very professional and prepared and despite our plans going awry (it rained and we did not at all stick to the shot list) he was flexible with everything going on. He blended into the party perfectly and was completely unobtrusive to the event itself. And, of course, the photos turned out beautiful. We are in the process of selecting favorites right now and Vinney is helping us design a wedding album to showcase the evening. From the first moment we encountered him, in the groom's room with the groomsmen prepping for the big event, he was awesome. Very casual and loose, but incredibly professional and creative. He was everywhere at the wedding, suggesting shots I would never have thought of and being open to suggestions himself. Long story short, we were already having a very stressful week due to our family having to evacuate that same week due to the local fire near our home, but Sharlet kept the communication line open and kindly offered to reschedule and refund my money, if need be. I went ahead and kept the appointment being that it is hard to find a good photographer and make-up artist during these unusual times (COVID). I also figured it may be hard to reschedule due to the holidays just around the corner and people wanting to book holiday family shoots and Sharlet (and the make-up artist) may be pretty booked up due to that. Despite not having been a part of the initial contract, Tatiana was extremely responsive and helpful regarding what was included and what we could add (i.e. raw footage). She was able to work extremely well on the fly as she captured key moments that were important to both my husband and myself and specifically noted in the itinerary. Our friends and family have absolutely raved about the teaser trailer that is released within 48 hours on Instagram (@pacificfilmhouse) and her music choice was spot-on. The later on wedding video absolutely captured highlights of the day that both my husband and I were so excited to see.
