The signage is a bit confusing, and I could see others struggling to find it too - you enter at the front of the building and walk down a very long hallway to get to it. The space is conducive to receptions and events: the first space has a bar and open area, and the second area is totally blank so can be transformed into a wedding, seating for a speaker, or a tabling event. At both, the bar and catering were great! One thing that bothered me at the recent event I went to: there's a beautiful glass garage door that's the focal point and backdrop of the space: it's where speakers would stand, or the couple would stand. At the recent event, there was a car parked right there, and it's a concrete slab with a gate. I know some of that is out of their control, but might be worth telling folks not to park there so you're not looking out at someone's Toyota Corolla.

The tartare had so much flavor to it. It had a nice mussel aoilo that really brought it together. The crudo was great as well. Had a little spice to it but felt fresh to eat. Entree: we ordered the double cheeseburger and Poutine. Have no words to describe how amazing it was and I've tried burgers all over the twin cities. The patty was cooked medium/medium rare, with carmelized onions, pickles and mustard aioli. Every bite was so delicious and flavorful, how a burger should be. The poutine was also amazing! The cheese, gnocchi and ox tail was such a wonderful and unique combo. Dessert: we ordered the dark chocolate mousse cake. It was topped with whip cream and had a piece of chocolate on top. It was amazing! Chocolate wasn't too overly powering and the whip cream balanced it out. The service was great! Checked in how we were doing and asked if there was anything needed. We were seated at the bar, which was a little spacious, but could be cramped if there are others around. The ambience there was good! It is dim but still has enough light to look at the menu. It's elevated without giving people in jeans the side eye. We started with aperol flavored Jell-O shots. They were certainly Aperol flavored and probably the highest class Jell-O shot I've ever taken in my life. I had the spritz on special which was dill based and I was in love. I could have had 17 of them, been rolled home and been in absolute bliss. I also ordered the spritz salato and it was an equally as delicious savory cocktail. For dinner we shared the chips with speck (3.5/5). The chips were a little oily, but I'm a sucker for anything with prosciutto and crème fresh. I had the beef tartar as my main. The bread slices are pretty big. It comes with two pieces and regardless of if you are going to share or not I found myself having to cut the bread into smaller pieces. The chips worked out well as a vessel for the tartar too. Everyone else for the burger and after a singular bit I understood the hype. It has to be a top 5 burger ever. I've attended a bunch of concerts here and the atmosphere is chill, fun, and intimate. Bar staff is fast and I like the selection of drinks they offer. Most recently they even had 2 huge jugs of ice water and cups for self service was a huge plus in my opinion. I never have to wait to get into this venue and really have never had a negative experience.

Someone on Reddit described it as feeling like a coffee shop, and the description is apt. It's clean, unfussy, and made to showcase the artist. (Good acoustics, too!) The service is great--friendly, helpful, and efficient--and the menu way more impressive than I was expecting. (They have beer, wine, and a stellar set of zero proof beverages. Love to see it!) They have a super group of artists tonight and an impressive set of shows coming up. Definitely check them out!
