Klooster. So I researched and after reading their reviews, made our appts. From the first phone call to my appt to checking out, everyone was friendly and helpful. They even provided me with an estimate for work to be done on 2 of my teeth, split between insurance and me personally. On the evening after the work was done, I received a checkup call from the dentist himself, Dr Meckler.. not automated, and not the front desk.. wow! In all my 40 years of seeing dentists, not one has ever personally followed up. That gesture says a lot about their practice and who they are. Finding professionals that truly care about your well being are rare. So when you find them... don't let go!

I told the lady at reception that I was feeling kind of nervous, just because it helps when someone else knows how you feel and can keep an eye on you. She had Kari work with me, and she was so nice! She talked with me, explained everything she was doing and what might hurt and what might not. Her peace definitely helped to keep me calm! Everyone from Kari, to the dentist, to the ladies in reception were so caring. Dare I say I look forward to going back?!?! They also had a little gift bag for new patients! So now I've got myself a new coffee tumbler and hat! I will definitely be recommending Klooster to all of my friends.

The waiting room and exam rooms are always clean and comfortable. Hygienist Lalleh is friendly, gentle, thorough, and easy to talk to during cleanings. Dr. Kasravi is understanding and knowledgeable. Maya was my dental assistant at my last visit and she was great too! All the staff here are super nice and easygoing, from the front desk to the dentist. I've finally found my forever dentist (as long as my insurance stays the same) with Axiom. I feel really lucky that my insurance covers this office!

Both lovely ladies at the front desk are excellent! They always greet me with a smile at check in, and explain the breakdown of my payments to me at check out. They have even gone out of their way to help me find a temporary and affordable dental insurance plan while I was in between jobs. They are great with getting me scheduled for appointments, and always respond to texts and calls in a timely manner. When I came in on my birthday I was given a card signed by everyone in the office (how sweet!). Doctor K. Has been amazing. She is kind and compassionate and explains everything about my treatment to me very well. She answers any questions or concerns and is honest and thorough. I have had 2 root canals done by her, a bridge, crowns and fillings, all which have been successful. I still have lots more work to do but I am glad to have a dental office and dentist who I feel comfortable with and trust to take care of me.

Dr Matthew is really good at what he does and really takes the time to make sure your teeth are perfect. The front office lady Jessica is a sweetheart and very good at what she does. I've been a patient of Dr. Matthews for at LEAST 6 years and I've seen a lot of people come and go…read morefrom this office. But the one person who has remained the same is the Front Desk Clerk and the reason for this unsettling review. Over the years I have experienced calls back to back as if I do not have voicemails and/or a job to do of my own. Both of my children are also patience there so if she can't get me on the phone she's then calling back to back my teenage and now adult daughter. Almost to the point of harassment in my opinion. We understand she has a job to do but so do we and answering your call right away is not one of them. And by the time I'm off they are already CLOSED (go figure). Today, I had an appointment set for both me and my son. I was told my appointment was cancelled on her behalf because I was unable to answer her MANY calls to confirm my appointment of which I had no need to cancel. And had I done so I can afford the charge. She also felt the need to ask if I received her call of which I received EVERY LAST one of them but unfortunately I was at a funeral (imagine that in a pandemic) and I was unaware that confirmations were REQUIRED when I already had the appoint set 6 months prior when I came in for our appointments. But bc I had cancelled without calling almost a year ago now due to unforeseen circumstances called LIFE! She assumed I wasn't coming and have someone else my appointment. Now how professional is that? I should have reminded her of when I had an appointment and bc Dr. Matthews had a family emergency it had to be cancelled at the last minute but that's ok and I don't get a convenience fee for that. I guess nothing comes up for her either and she never has an issue in life right? I also have MS so there are times where I simply cannot make it to things that may have been preplanned but Shane on me for that. I guess I also should be able to plan deaths in a whole pandemic as well... and yet I still showed up! Thanks a lot for your compassion and concern. It is clear what all of this was about. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. And to address all of this in front of others is the most unprofessional thing I have experienced here lately. I pay my bills, I have GREAT health insurance so what seems to be the problem? Guess my money and insurance is no good there and PLEASE delete my number from whatever call list you have me on and take your harassment elsewhere! Try some phone etiquette and customer service training while you're at it. Now is definitely not the time for what I experienced today in this office and over the years. And I do have friends who go to this dentistry who I will be referring to this experience.

It was evident by him saying the tooth needed to be pulled, him getting frustrated with the stuff that makes up the filling and him ending up usings another substance. And promptly left after telling me i would need a crown extension on that tooth (the same tooth he claimed couldnt be saved) I was told to avoid sticky stuff or crunchy things for a bit until i could get it fixed. Went to get a chicken quesadilla because i hasdt eaten since 7am and the temp filling completely fell apart with the second bite. Within just a few minutes of leaving your office. I am currently still digging soft pieces of the "filling" out of my mouth 10 minutes after recieving a parital refund. They removed the review sections from their fb after i posted pictures of the filling coming out Word of wisdom. I was about to spend 800+ to get it fixed through you. Just because you are 6 months out of dental school doesnt mean you can sacrifice a pt time and money because you want to go home. Ill be going else where for a proper fix and opinion because obviously the school didnt teach you abut customer service skills.
